Terrible when doing the process I put in my Medicaid insurance knowing it wouldn’t cover it. But I paid upfront for the medication as well as the membership. They sent the medication out the same day, the day I get the medication at 1:27pm I was notified of its arrival and at 2:08pm I got a message stating because I am on Medicaid even tho I am self pay that they could not work with me basically canceling my membership. Luckily I have a good rapport with my bank screen shot everything even me offering to return the medication so my bank gave me my money back. This place is a scam stay far far away from them A reply to your response I was not using my insurance I had paid and was continuing to pay out of pocket like others I got hounded with request to upload my insurance documents, and after I did when this occurred. And still even after you guys canceled my things you’re still sending me emails and messages requesting that I upload my documents make it make sense. You guys are trying to get anybody’s insurance charge them cash, and still build their insurance fraud scammers

I'm about to try their products but be prepared to try to communicate with them and get no response and they have a broken app. I kept getting wrong messages as well as emails for other people so is this probably a data breach now.

If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. The website is set up so that you enter payment information before you even get to the products. What isn't clearly stated is they will charge you $49 without ever making it clear up front, and continue to charge $135 a month without providing anything. Unfortunately we didn't realize until after they had charged us for several months, despite the site having only ever sent emails asking us to verify ID and to finish the medical screening, to which we never did as we had decided not to pursue after seeing medication prices (there are much better alternatives price wise that do not try to entrap people into bogus contracts). Our next step is submit information to the better business bureau and the crime complaint center for online scams. If nothing else, I hope someone reads these reviews, as there are plenty of bad ones, prior to even entertaining the thought of visiting their website.

I was charged 2 times for the medication which I did not authorize. I thought I was just paying 39 dollars. The first being 866. the next being 650. I called the next day to immediately cancel the service. They advised me they would refund me. They ended up charging me again 866 and 650. They called me to advise me they would issue a refund. I do not trust them at this point to do the correct thing. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Will not refund. I signed up for the membership not realizing that it was a membership and the medication was additional to the membership. I immediately asked to be refunded and they refuse to refund me. I also keep getting emails to verify my identity (5 a day). Very annoying and disappointed. They should have at least refunded me my $39.00.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The website glitches, I’ve waited for a week for help and no calls back, and customer service will take at least 20 minutes to answer your call. Horrible horrible horrible. It also keeps trying to make me re sign up and charge me an additional 40$ every time ! Scam !

This company sucks! I started with them a month ago and filled out all the forms, responded to each message, and provided all requested information. I have been asked to fill out the same forms and provided the same information at least three times, if not more. I have been charged a total of $198 for a membership starting in December and again this month. I have received NO medications, even though I keep getting messages that a prescription is pending but I need to complete the intake form that I have already completed. I tried talking to the customer service rep about this and they can't seem to understand that I have already completed the forms. I'm done. I got another request 1/14/25 to provide the same information. I canceled my membership and requested a refund. I have not received a response as of yet. I recommend anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for a legitimate weight loss program. This business acts as a front for a scam.

I am so confused, I had to pay $40 just to get to a different page on the website. It told me to pay and to get it shipped, so I did. And then after that it started asking questions, and at the end it told me the real price. I feel very taken advantage of. I didn’t even end up going with them, and got scammed out of $40. I tried to go back to the original page, but it wouldn’t let me.
