Company charges a subscription for no other reason than to charge a subscription. Will not cancel this monthly subscription even if you are not getting the medication. The medication is an outrageous charge on top of a monthly subscription. What is the monthly subscription for? So they can be a middle man to a doctor? This is a scam avoid! They will not refund your subscription even if you told them you no longer want the medication. They will charge you a different amount than what you signed up for claiming it’s for 3 months when you only wanted 1 month.

I did not complete the application and did not authorize any payments to be taken from my account. I repeatedly communicated to them on this and they did not respond to those messages but keep sending me texts and emails on their fraudulent products. FRAUDS!!!

It seemed great at first. Responsive emails, text messages and messages in the Zealthy app. To get any information, you MUST pay the first month. I was curious to see what their pricing was because I was currently using another company and I wanted to compare. So, I registered for the first month in hopes to get information and they receive the prescription to see if it was legit. Well, after weeks of back and forth emails, messages and texts, I finally got a message that in order to process any GLP-1 medication, a 3 month membership is required. This was NOT told to me. We are now about 3 weeks in and still no prescription. Needless to say, I was very frustrated and I didn’t want to pay for 3 months of medicine and membership until I knew IF and WHAT I was receiving. I requested a refund multiple times with no response. (Funny how they were so responsive before I paid). I finally got a message back advising that they don’t do refunds. So, I explained why, and that 3 months was never discussed. Needless to say, I immediately tried to remove my payment information, but the app doesn’t allow you to. I cancelled, but I’m not confident that another months membership won’t be deducted. We will see. Very disappointed. Be warned, it seems great, but when it sounds too good to be true, it usually turns out to be questionable. I’m glad it works for some, it just didn’t for me.

fraudulent company. I was charged twice for membership fee after telling the company I was already signed up. they reassured me to sign up again as they could not see my information and I would be refunded. I sent this screen shot showing my account was created and I had uploaded all my information. anyway, I went along and resubmitted with no refund. I was using insurance as I had some medical history that fit under the guideline. all health document was uploaded. I got a response within 1/2 days of prior auth being submitted that it was denied. I work in healthcare and have never seen a fast denial like this. they resubmitted my information for 2 more medication which came back within 2 days denied. At this point I called my insure ace to confirm if any prior authorization was initiated and I was informed that have nothing on file and nothing ever submitted. Ive asked this company to supply me with these denials letter multiple times and have yet to receive them. I will be filing a claim against this company.

This company is pure trash. I needed a therapist she was the only good thing out of the company. She prescribed me anxiety medicine and still after 2 weeks they can’t tell me why it hasn’t been sent out, or even knows what is going on with it. I’ve called them several times, they all tell you the same thing. “It’ll be 1-2 business days until someone gets back to you, then they don’t. If they do, they still have no answers. It’s lexapro, pretty simple. It’s a non narcotic, it really shouldn’t be this hard. Customer service SUCKS. Go anywhere but this place

Awfulllll company. First issue, couldn’t let me figure out how to verify and when i finally did, the agreed amount I signed up for massively different from when I gave them my card info for signing up which was 30, and the membership was around 130 and they added an additional 670 every 5 months for the semiglutides, I was under the assumption it was 30 deposits with 130 monthly, so i cancel it. Fast forward to a month or maybe two months, and i am getting charged 670 after deactivating my membership, and i never received any sort of product either. I call the bank, they block them from that name for any scheduled payments just in case it was an automated issue with zhealthy and one hour later theres another charge from zhealthy with a slightly different merchant name, i call them and then they finally removed my card information. This company is shady and will most likely charge you if u just sign up, get a gastric sleeve or do a calorie deficit before using this company for weight loss

I am very disappointed. I was given false info. I am now having a payment issue and no one will help me. This is a scam. I want my money back
