Do not buy into to this, they tell you for a trial it’s 39.00. That’s just for membership, then they give you all these prices after they charge your card. No where did I consent to my card being charged. They are a rip off, and it’s also so convenient the money is no refunds . Beware

So many emails and having to redo my orders over and over even after getting receipt they say i need to reorder sad

First of all they overcharged me by $250, but did refund my money after a lengthy back and forth. The “portal” they use is horrible. I get emails saying I have a new message and there’s nothing there. They repeatedly ask for a pic of my driver’s license and a selfie, which I did immediately and verified with my “coach” that it was submitted, but keep getting requests for it. Even after you join, you get emails urging you to join. The expensive medication did not work. I’ve taken it in the past and had amazing results, but this stuff did nothing, which makes me wonder what I paid for. Please, avoid this company and use another one. Zealthy is just a huge headache.

Very unprofessional. Everytime I message I get a different person. They do not listen to anything I say, refuse to take in any information I give them and repeat the same things over and over again that are completely untrue even when I provide receipts. They also kept telling me they did not have my id documents when they absolutely do because they have used it already. Just a bad platform and bad service.

This company charged my card for a membership fee before I even completed any order. There is no way to talk to customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They will charge you triple that they say. Say they are going to cancel the $670 order they put through without approval on pricing. Then they waited to contact their pharmacy or told them to ship it, who knows. They didn't cancel the order "in time" except I asked for a cancel 3 minutes after they sent it. This made it where they can say that their terms of service can't cancel because the product has been shipped. This business is beyond shady and unethical.

I was charged $36 for my first months membership, then charged the $214 for the medicine, then somehow another $99 for a months membership. After reaching out no one had a straight answer as to why I was charged the additional $99. Just that it was for another product. I never ordered anything else and the charge states monthly membership. They will steal your money. Do not choose this company!

Heinous subscription fees, horrible customer service, good luck getting your products. You will have to go through hell to get this subscription cancelled. Predatory and ridiculous…..and just like before I responded to Lydia as she requested and nothing! 5 months of VERY expensive membership fees with absolutely nothing to show for it! $700 for what?
