It’s crazy! My mind has always been centered around food…How much should I eat, what should eat, over eat, binge when sad or happy….i now know how people that are at a healthy weight feel!! The first time in my life!! I feel a weight has been lifted from my brain! I now eat less, don’t obsess about food but still enjoy it, I don’t eat too much, I am not consumed with thoughts of food!! What a wonder feeling for the first time in my life!! I have lost the weight slow but consistently have lost about 5 lbs a month!
