Hello Henry! I sincerely apologize that you've had a horrible experience with our services. I have thoroughly reviewed your account and I have noticed that you have paid for a 6-month membership and some months were unused. I would gladly refund you for the months that were not used which costs $300. Please allow 5-7 business days depending on your bank's policy for the refund to appear in your account. In addition, I have noticed that all of your orders were correct, and your account with us is already scheduled for cancellation which will expire or end on February 16, 2025. Rest assured there won't be any other future charges on your account. Hello Crystal, I am truly saddened to read your review and hear that you are feeling this way after using our services. I will be reviewing your account to see where and who can improve to ensure that future patient interactions are not the same as yours.  Pricing should be the same month unless you receive a dosage change or the pharmacy changes the price of your prescription.
