SCAM!!! Worst customer service!! Didn’t send my medication!!! Charged huge membership fee. Charged for medication I didn’t receive. Calling customer service was a joke. The line hung up on me while on hold, every single time! Took a month to get a refund for only one month of medication. Would not refund my membership fee. Response to Zealthy: Every link Zealthy has sent, leads to nowhere. Every response from Zealthy there are offers of resolution, but nothing is ever done. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! They charged me over $800 for meds and $135 per month in membership fees. They only sent me 1.5 months of medication, charged me for 3 months of meds and 2 months of membership fees. A total cost of over $1,100! Zealthy also has a case against them with the government for HIPPA violations, over charging and not allowing access to canceling their accounts. Unless Zealthy pays back all my money for the lack of care, continuity, severe lack of customer service and gaslighting… I will have nothing more to say. (they said they’d refund for one months meds. Still waiting) #2 response to Zealthy: nice try. This link has not been responded to. Again. #3. I have emailed twice. No response. I would say terrible customer service. But I haven’t had any!

I was charged $135 automatically when I was trying to look at their different pricing options. I was a previous customer so my billing info was already in their system. I have asked for a refund several times and was told they are “looking into it”. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing. I would take my business elsewhere if you are considering using them. 02/2025 Update-I was finally refunded my money but it took writing this review to get it done.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Respond with automated messages. Rude. Paid for membership site does not work to reorder meds. Tried for 2 weeks on 3 computers- at home and at work. Was told to make sure I had a strong internet connection! So paid membership fees thus month, no benefit of that at all and hogh and dry. Talked to someone by phone finally and assured I'd receive meds but no ETA. Horribly managed!!! Do not recommend. FOUND WAS GREAT- they just didn't do Zepbound. They do now- GO THERE. And now won't let me submit this review! Ha. Fitting.

Do not use this company!!! Charged my card fraudulently AFTER I cancelled my membership. No reply to any email I have sent. Use Ivim Health. They are professional and legit.

This company is a completely incompetent and fraudulent. They do not deliver medication as prescribed but will change you anyway. DO NOT SIGN UP. Out of the 4 months I have been with zealthy i have received only half of the medication prescribed each month, but they continue to charge me the $149. The past 3 months they have lead me to believe it was the pharmacy’s error. I spoke to a connection in the pharmacy’s senior leadership who did some investigating for me, and they found out the Zealthy did not order 1 of the 2 medications prescribed and was charging for 2 medication. The medication I did receive would provide ZERO results without the other half. I have tried to reach out to Zealthy but no one will either pick up the phone or respond to the messages in the portal. Since my daughter is an attorney we are investigating legal channels to report fraudulent behavior and malpractice.

Despite cancelling my order 10 min after placing it, they shipped out the drugs four days later and now won’t refund my money. I was lied to about how much it would cost and it was hundreds more than quoted. Now no one will refund my order and no one has tried. This is a scam. I tend to leave reviews especially when I’m unsatisfied. As a disabled veteran, I can’t afford this scam

Signed up for selfie and got a couple text messages and after I ask questions with no answers noticed that they had taken 670 out of my Discover card and I was unable to get back on the website that was given to me to ask questions through my text. I'm afraid I've been scammed and I have called them and nobody answers I stayed on the phone for over an hour with no help. I would not recommend this company. I will be canceling my credit card and going through another trusted provider.

Buyer beware Make sure to read the small print because if you have a change of heart and try to cancel, these people will not help. Initially, you send a question they answer within seconds however, if you have a request to cancel, it can take days by which time it’s too late and the medication has been sent My advice go to your PCP in the long run. It will be a much better experience and probably cost less.
