We are saddened to hear that the prescription you currently have is more than you expected to pay. We do our very best to provide you with the lowest cost but also only work with partner pharmacies that use FDA-registered suppliers to ensure prescriptions are properly developed, processed, shipped, and delivered. If you are not seeing the results you want so far, we do suggest reaching out to your weight loss coach as they are going to have great eating, exercise or other tips that can help you reach your goal. When I checked, your medication subscription was collected last August 14, 2024, and I have noticed that you haven't received the medication. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, Medicare members are not eligible for the Zealthy weight loss program. We have refunded you $297 and encourage you to seek care elsewhere. This is due to regulatory restrictions around the patient populations that Zealthy doctors can treat. Please allow 5-7 business days depending on your bank's policy for the refund to appear in your account. In addition, we have scheduled your account for cancellation to prevent any other future charges and your membership will automatically expire on September 6, 2024. Thank you for considering Zealthy and we extend our best wishes as you continue your health journey.
