Incorrect dosages were listed on prescription boxes; Incorrect dosing written on the directions, links for refills were inaccurate for dosing (only offered one option and that option was the incorrect dosage); Links would circle around to the beginning repeatedly for check-ins; When asking a question or for clarification, multiple people attempt to answer, but because they were not part of the original conversation, you end up explaining multiple times to multiple people what the issue or question is; "A provider will get back with you" doesn't happen... 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

You took 670, 216 and 454 and none of the amounts have been credited back to my account!! You have not refund those 3 amounts which were deductible from card. I'm tired of going back and fourth with you all about my money! I am going to dispute every last charge with my card and will not change my review until ALL my money has been refund!

Got the wrong medication instructions and syringes. By the time they helped me it had been weeks that passed. I spoke to multiple people and it just didn’t seem like anybody wanted to help or if they did like I said it took weeks.

The first 3 months of membership and medication went smoothly. The medication worked as described. I just needed the dose increased because I’m still trying to find my maintenance dose. When I tried to get my prescription refilled at the beginning of January, the provider inadvertently reordered the starter dose instead of the dose he just approved. Although I immediately informed them of the error, Zealthy attempted to charge me multiple times for the incorrect dose. It took a few days, but they finally deleted the charge for the incorrect dose so I could submit another refill request for the correct dose. When I tried to resubmit my refill request, the app and website are trying to greatly overcharge me. It is trying to charge me almost 2x more than it should be for my refill and membership fees. I’ve messaged them, called them, and emailed them asking for the price to please be corrected or for them to send me an invoice for the correct amount so I can get my medication refilled. This has been going on since the beginning of January and they still haven’t fixed the overcharge in the app or on the website and they’re charging me membership fees without a way for me to order the medication unless I agree to pay twice what I should be paying, which I’m not going to do. I truly believe that the app itself is responsible for most of the issues. They have a great product with the compound Tirzepatide at a reasonable price, but the app’s billing errors and the lack of customer service is going to kill it. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a refill. Update: I responded directly to the message using the link provided and uploaded the screenshots requested… and got a completely irrelevant response a few hours later from somebody else about how to increase my dose (no joke). This is still very much an issue and is another example of the disconnect within the app. I’d like to mention too that the message I received with the link to upload the documents shows it’s from Kelsey online but the app shows it’s from Dioriza. Also, the messages telling me how to request a dosage increase are visible online but not in the app, so it looks like I’m randomly ranting rather than responding directly to irrelevant messages I received after I submitted the screenshots.

So don’t sign up for the subscription!! I did the 12 months and the price for the medication is a different charge and kept increasing. So I cancelled and they would not refund all the months I had left!! They kept charging my credit card every month for the subscription even though I had already paid for it! So every month I would have to call to get the charges taken off. It was a hassle which is another reason I cancelled. Try Amble it’s the same and a lot cheaper!!

Answer your customers at a better time. I ask a simple question and never got an answer back so I cancelled everything with this company

Bad product

Multiple communication when start but then poor communication. Took payment fast sent product slow. Last product they sent to different address and it took weeks to get issue resolved. I cancelled order and requested 3 payments they took but i received zero product. And they said I received refund for 3 payments but my account never showed it. Plus I lost only a few pounds.
