I signed up for the $39 membership on January 29, and they took the money out of my account. On January 31 I received a message that a prescription was sent to my local pharmacy which I checked and it had not been. While deciding If I was going to use the Klarna monthly payment or just pay I was hit with $670 to my account. And if it wasn't for my bank flagging it they tried to take the $670 out twice. I finally contacted someone on Feb 4 and was told that they did receive my money and there was an error in billing that tried to take it out twice and that the second invoice was voided. I kept getting messages that they didn't receive my payment after I was assured that it was taken car of and that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy and it would take 1-2 days. I should be receiving a tracking number soon. Monday February 10, still not tracking number I call again. This time I am told there was some technical difficulty, they have my money and that they were escalating this with the pharmacy and I should get an email with tracking number soon. I told them if they are not sending the prescription then I want a full refund as the money was initially taken without consent. Well now it is Friday and I have heard nothing. At this point I am extremely upset and would just like my money refunded.

Be aware of entire charge after promo
This is a 3 month minimum membership paid in advance. They start you with the smallest dose, 5 units where most start at 10 units. So they can bill you for three more months at the average dose. You will not get a refund even if you cancel prior to your 1st order. I cancelled 5 days after seeing how much they took out. (2 additional months of consultation and coaching for $139 each) when they said it was only $39 for membership. Very unethical billing process. Be careful as they do not itemize the fees.

Hey Deena! I am truly sorry to hear that you are not having the best experience using our program and there was confusion on how the program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. I would love to review your account and your charges. Please email me directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot-Lydia" and I will be there to help you. Thank you!

Wish i could give zero stars to this…
Wish i could give zero stars to this scam. They steal money, refuse to communicate with anyone and provide no services for the money that was taken. I have photo proof that i didnt consent to their md and asked for a refund so theyve intentionally ignored me for months until today theres now a deadline thats been reached. This should be illegal
Do not work with them!
Response from ZealthyFeb 14, 2025
Hey Keirsten! I am saddened to read that you have not had the best experience with us and are having trouble with this refund. Typically, after a provider reviews, and reaches out the first month's membership fee is not refundable. However, because of the trouble you have had, I am going to make an exception and refund this fee back. You are going to see your $49 refund right back on the same card charged within the next 5-7 business days at the very most. If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know. I am here for you!

Buyers BEWARE!
***UPDATE***
THEY HAVE MADE IT RIGHT AND ISSUED A FULL REFUND as of 2/17/25.
I signed up for their "membership" not realizing that it didn't include medications of any sort. As soon as I spoke to them about this, suddenly I was going through the process of answering all the questions again and being asked to pay again. Now I keep getting the same responses from Kelsey, Matthew, Danniella and Maria, but not getting any help, a refund, or any medication so I am out the money I paid and getting nothing in return. Not happy at all that the best they can do is now recommend buproprion and metformin for the cost of my membership (which I will have to pay extra money for, BTW) and I can get those medications from my regular doctor and filled at my local pharmacy for much cheaper! Do NOT attempt to use Zealthy, I feel I was immediately scammed when I said I didnt have $300 bucks a month to throw away on medication...what a joke! I just want my money returned to my card and my account cancelled (which they magically can't find in their system to cancel). At the bottom of my profile page it says no membership, even though I have paid them and they received the money.

I understand wanting a refund and I am here to help! I have made sure that your account is canceled out ensuring you will not be charged in the future. Horrible App, Horrible Service, SUCH A MESS
I started my GLP1 back in August 2024, and right away it was a mess.
The bank flagged my payment as fraud and it was a whole mess, and a long phone call later with Zealthy before I could get the payment reprocessed.
Once the payment processed, I received a tracking number for the medication.. which was eventually shipped and received in a timely manner.
I kept getting requests to refill, well before I was going to run out of my meds.. a 4 week RX lasts about 6 weeks on lower doses. I am not going to blindly refill when not needed, just because the date says it’s been a month. They do this to charge you more often and make more money.
Once I did request a refill, and that request was complete (this process was also full of app issues and glitches.. the app is horribly made/nonfunctional a lot of the time) I would get prompted to request my refill on the home page.. Literally the refill had shipped, and been received and I was still being prompted to submit a refill request.. This message never went away. I refilled 3 or 4 times with them before I got fed up and cancelled, but all three or four times, the “refill notice” would never disappear. My meds (while I kept the dose the same the entire time) kept costing more. I would reach out to chat to say, please provide the same dose, for the same cost, and they’d adjust with no question. It is a ploy.. hoping you won’t notice the cost difference. They DO charge more as doses go up, which is why I stayed at the same dose (making progress) for the same price.
Fast forward, my husband wants to try these meds.. we go through Zealthy. A MUCH WORSE experience. He created a profile, took the health questionnaire and was prescribed his dose. He paid the discounted first month rate and $199 for the first month of meds. After days of weird push notifications addressing him as “null” and no shipping info.. and unable to log in to the app, we contacted customer service to see what was going on and why the medication hadn’t shipped. They advised him that his account wasn’t complete… How can he get all the way through, to meds being prescribed and being charged without them having his FIRST NAME on file?? Customer service was not helpful. We are tech savvy, young people and we could not log in no matter what. They kept advising us to log in, request a refund, and cancel. When I advised that we could not log in, they did not know how to handle it. We submitted paperwork showing the charges, and they said they would “work on” refunding they charges.. but only the med.. not the membership fee as the “doctor already took the time to review his health history and prescribe.” What a joke! I finally let them know we would do a chargeback with out bank and cancel the card they had on file to avoid future charges. They hung up on me. My bank filed a charge back and I was refunded for BOTH charges 24 hours later. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE ON ZEALTHY!! Spend a few dollars more elsewhere. The app is trash, their service sucks(new person every time you call or email), overall super unorganized and unprofessional for anything pertaining to medical or health. Zealthy is and should be investigated for fraud.
**Just to add, I also deleted my account.. fully closed it, and still get emails about refills, prescriptions expiring etc.. so my info is still in their system. **

I wish I could give Zealthy 0 stars
I wish I could give Zealthy 0 stars. Super Shady. They said they were going to get prior authorization from my insurance company prior to billing. I also told the "coordinator" who said to simply upload my insurance car from my dashboard and that my insurance company was "easy to work with". However, there was no option to upload it. When I told her this she said "It' therre somewhere; look around. I told her again that there was no option and she said" Sometimes it takes a little time to show up. Contact support if you continue to have issues." About an hour later the charged my cc. Again I asked them to contact my insurance company. I asked the provider not to ship the medication until my insurance provider was contacted. No respons so I emal support. I went back and forth between 5 differrent throughout the course of the day. Each persons had a different excuse. No resolution and closed my ticket. I don't think these people know how to work with an insurance and. it's obvious they don't. even try.
Save yourself the time and money and go to Ro or Hims.
Update: They just refilled my order for another 3 months without notice so they have sent me (3) 3 month perscriptions in the past week. This time it was a different "care provider". I had removed my credit card from my portal so they couldn't bill me again but they somehow were able to add it back in.Totally irresponsible and usafe. Support is silent and still closes cases without resolution. At this point, I'm considering reporting them to the FTC.
