I thought about using Zealthy for weight loss.I filled out their required information. Then kept getting messages from them that I stilled needed to fill out their Information to start the program, so I decided to unsubscribe, and they have so far taken out $135 twice now within the past couple of months and never, never received any product from them. Have called several times just to get a run around from them. To this day they still have not refunded my money. Going to contact my State Attorney's General office for guidance. Do not use these people.

They ripped me off and lied about what was initially on the website

I mistyped my weight and put a 6 instead of a 7 and someone sends me an email and says we can’t increase your dose this month. I replied that it was an honest mistake and then she said no. No mistake. No increase. So I cancelled right then. There are 100 companies you can choose from- why choose one with crappy customer service who calls you stupid and isn’t on your journey with you. Don’t Choose Zealthy.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE MY SISTER WAS TRYING TO ORDER SOME SHOTS FROM THEM, THEY TOLD HER SHE DIDNT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING RIGHT NOW, BUT AS SOON AS SHE PUT HER CARD INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM THEY TRIED TO TAKE 600 DOLLARS OUT OF HER ACCOUNT, THEN THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL WITH TAKING $39.97 OUT OF HER ACCOUNT AND THEN TRIED TO TAKE THE SAME AMOUNT OUT AGAIN, BIT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL WITH GETTING IT. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING, THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE SO PLEASE DONT OVERLOOK THEM.. WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL. YALL WANT US TO REACH OUT TO YOU, BUT WE WANT YALL TO SEND HER MONEY TO HER AND STOP FAKING LIKE YALL REALLY GOING TO GIVE OUT THE MEDICINE TO THE PEOPLE THAT PURCHASED THEM WHEN YOU DONT. EVERYBODY I THAT KNOW THAT PURCHASED FROM YALL ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YALL TAKING THEIR MONEY AND NOT SENDING THEM WHAT THEY PAID FOR. I ALREADY TURNED YALL IN AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY PRAYER IS THAT YALL BE SHUT DOWN AND THAT YALL WILL GET PROSECUTED FOR TAKING PEOPLE MONEY.

I loved everything about the customer service until I had to cancel my membership and was still charged for medication that never shipped! I’ve been trying to resolve this since Sept ‘24 and still haven’t gotten a refund.

Steer clear! Do not trust these incompetent people with your healthcare! So much aggravation and time wasted on messages that are not answered, poor customer service, and lack of holding up their end of what I paid for. There are definitely better services out there - THIS IS NOT IT!

Zealthy is a money hungry scam. I had to lock my card to stop them from charging me even after I canceled my membership. The customer service is HORRID!! Very unprofessional. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are trigger happy with charging peoples' cards, even when not even fulfilling concerns or fully answering questions. I officially hate this company, especially after the response of "..........." from Deannaca G. from "customer support" 🙄🙄🙄

My first 3 months of Semaglutide were great. When I tried to get my 4th month I was charged 4 charges of $446.00 all on the same day plus a charge of $297.00 for a whopping total of $2081.00!!! I can't get anyone to respond to me and have been trying since Feb 11th... this is a HUGE disappointment as I can't afford this. I can't even figure out how to cancel and get my credit card off of the site!!!! This has been one of the worst experiences!! I don't even know how I am going to pay that amount off if they keep blowing me off.
