Never got my meds on time. Had to call multiple times for the same order. Nobody ever had a real answer. They all just say they’ll “escalate” the issue, and then nothing happens.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I received the medicine one time, the rest I was charged and received nothing. It took me literal months to be able to cancel as customer service made it near impossible. Basically telling me too bad.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Zealthy. They advertise 24/7 care with a coach and medical provider, promising responses within 2 days. However, when I reached out multiple times with a concern, I received no responses at all. When I messaged again, the replies I got were completely unrelated to my questions. This experience has been both concerning and unsettling, and I would not recommend Zealthy based on my experience.

Between giving me the wrong prescription doses to not delivering medication for months at a time. I had to get multiple refunds for being over billed. Finally, i canceled and went to my bank as they billed me $600 without providing the right meds. I disputed the changes with my bank. RUN from this company. VERY BAD business practices.

It’s bait and switch. They offer a plan at $39 a month before they tell you what your cost for medication will be. When I saw it was more than twice what i found elsewhere they charged my first month anyway, without me choosing a plan, and without verification of my identity. Now they refuse to refund my money despite me never even finishing the sign up process and requesting it less than 24 hrs after the initial sign up
