Hello Lisa, we are so sorry to hear that you are feeling this way after using our services. We understand you are not wanting your medication subscription. This can be canceling in the Manage Membership section of your account. If you are having trouble doing this, please email [email protected] with the subject line Trustpilot and we can help cancel this membership out. You are correct, when you have an active account with us we do require you to have a method of payment on file, as we do need to be able to charge you for active services. If another form of payment is added we are happy to remove any cards you would not like on file. Hello Marie! We are so sorry to hear that our program is not going to work for you. Your monthly weight loss membership fee is to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.
