I had them for 2 months, they tell you it's low cost but leave out that the subscription fee to manage the plan is separate. On top of that, the second month, I was charged for 2 scripts and got only one. I emailed, called, sent messages.. No replay, chats/messages - but they took my money. I had to dispute it with bank, oh, and no one ever called. I had to call them!

Doesn't work - don't waste your money - didn't lose a pound

I have been a member since June of 2024 BUT THATS only because I got a deal the first three months of membership. If you do not literally stay on them every single day of the week when it’s time to refill you next rx then you will never get it and when I need PRIOR AUTHORIZATION I literally have to call zealthy and my pharmacy insurance on a THREE WAY CALL just to get zealthy to do what they are supposed to. They have never really followed through unless I chase them with threats and calls. They could care less about their customers and every month the membership fees should be 50% off because that’s the kind of customer care you will get is half ass!!!!!

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. They will take your money and then they do not deliver the product. I have an attorney and we are going after them.

Cant get a hold of a doctor after your first month. You are throwing your money down a drain.

Worst customer service ever. They tell you they won’t charge you unless you are approved. I wasn’t but I was charged. I contact customer service, received one email in which I replied TWICE and it’s been almost 2 weeks and haven’t heard back. I am now fighting with my bank to remove the charge. Just go to the doctor and get it the old fashion way. Semaglutide will become more available soon and prices will level out, platforms like Zealthy won’t last much longer.

Hello, I’ve already paid but yet your site keeps asking me to repay and file out the form I have already completed. Please refund me my 39 dollars and cancel my order. I don’t trust they you are legit giving these circumstance. I will contact my bank if not done and tell them you are a scam thank you. Also here is a copy of my receipt. Also I have deleted my account. Refund my money and did not charge my card again. Thank you. I am no longer interested in your services. Also I just did this so I have not been contacted by a md or had any consultation! Obviously since it keeps asking me to refill out the form and repay multiple times. Also, I have not had any prescriptions filled or mailed out, so there is no reason not refund my money has nothing has been done since I paid the amount and I keep getting asked to pay again. I was charged 965.00 dollars and never approved the transaction. I've emailed them several times and called with no luck. Don't mess with this company. They will take your money without approval
