My experience will semi-gluten have been amazing! When I first started taking it I was quizzy but not anymore. I have been on it since Nov of 2024 and still in it now which is April 10, 2025. I am seeing amazing results I was 200lb and now down to 178. I love seeing the results. I still want to loose more and know I will!
