No one would get back to me after my initial consult. I did receive some medication but no coaching.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I signed up and then upon reading more cancelled within an hour of signing up. Months and months later and email after email I am still getting charged. Every email comes from a different person who treats you like a moron and nothing gets done. You get hounded to complete this or that and “I can’t wait to work with you” but no refunds despite an email the same day of cancellation confirming that the account was cancelled. I am beyond frustrated.

This company lacks communication. I have requested over 6x an itemized statement for my FSA account. I’ve tried all forms of communication and every time I am promised 1-2 days and I’ll have the document. It’s been almost 20 days since my first request. The medicine took very long to receive no eta’s are provided. I’ve had a horrible experience for a very simple task. Not sure if I’ll be using this company very much longer. Quick to charge you, but can’t communicate with anyone Is my concern. Feels very bait and switch.

Horrible at best customer service they charged me $90 for a prescription said it was processing and now still 3 weeks later still says processing and they are trying to charge me again for another round of meds while I haven’t every received the first round. Upon calling I can’t get any answer, and on chat I just get fleeting sorrys, no one can remedy the situation. I’m not a rich man so $90 is a lot of money to me, so for them to be holding it for three weeks while my prescription just sits around until someone gives a damn is Just ridiculous. Take your money elsewhere you’re just gonna get screwed over in the end!!

I was under the impression that I was paying 39.00 and then they charge me 199.00 too that's false advertising you can't not speak anyone on the phone I'm asking these people to cancel my order because once you send you the medication you can't get a refund but I'm asking you all on the same day to cancel the order no response 2 hours later don't send it I don't want it

We did NOT sign up for anything! My husband typed in our information but did NOT go through with the transaction. He exited out of the system. However, the system is obviously set up to deliberately register your personal information. After he did NOT sign up, he was charged $135 for services NOT rendered! This is a total scam! Do NOT trust this company!

I agree with the bait and switch email. I put my information in including my credit card... then I saw the statement that I understand that this is for a membership and will have to pay more for the medication themself. NO I did not understand this so I exited out of the registration process. Even though I did not complete it, I was charged $39 for the first month. I sent 3 emails to customer service. NO RESPONSE. I called and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time to be transferred to a voicemail. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. I just called the fraud unit on my credit card and they are now investigating. This seems like a giant scam.
