No one will answer the phone. There is no part of the app or website that allows you to make adjustments, cancel, or request refund for not even using this choice.. Poor options!

Took my $39 didn’t give me a price until after. Refused to refund that’s how they get you guess they’re making a lot of $39.

This company is a total scam. On 1/24/25, I took the "free" quiz to see if I could get the medicine. You cannot get any information unless you first check off "terms of agreement" then you have to give them your payment information. Once you do that. If you change your mind, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY! I wanted to find out about the program but you are forced to check off agreement box then give payment. Even then you don't get the information you need right away. I only lost 39 dollars. Thankfully, I did not check off paying for anything else. They kept sending me email.prompts to check off which weight loss medication I wanted. I would have lost that money too if I had checked off the box. This company is shady and dirty in their marketing practices. I strongly recommend not to deal with them. They have the site set up that you cannot get any information unless you PAY them first. So if you make the mistake of choosing a package or membership, and you want to change your mind and pull back, you will lose all money for items checked off. They will not reimburse you for anything. In addition to stealing your money. They have no verbal customer service and only respond via email. They only answer your questions if they want. And certainly hold off on new customers trying to get information before they CHECK OFF MEDICATION REQUEST. REMEMBER. IF YOU DO THAT AND CHANGE YOUR MIND, EVEN THOUGH THE MEDS HAVEN'T BEEN SENT, THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU REGARDLESS, and point out that you agreed to the terms of the agreement that you were FORCED to check off when you were trying to find out about the program. This company is unscruplous and dirty with their marketing and sales practices. They offer a contact number but all it does is send you back to the email and puts you in mindless stress trying to speak with someone. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS LIKE THEM. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. I am also reporting their underhanded marketing practices to the Consumer Protection Agency.

One of the worst online sources for any product you are purchasing let alone a company that should have the highest level of responsibility since they sell medication’s and pharmaceuticals. 1) No transparency of the dosage of the medication that you are interested in purchasing before and after payment. 2) Absolutely no access to a live person for assistance and when you finally do, get a hold of somebody they’re only reading exactly what’s on the screen that you were looking at as well. 3) The customer service representatives work from home in our rude and impatient with your questions. They have limited knowledge about the company they’re working for and absolutely have no problem-solving, authority or recommendations. 4) If you have an issue and message them on the app or online, you will get repetitive answers from several bots telling you that you Should receive a response within 2 to 4 days. After those days laps and you enter a new request, you end up getting the same cycle. 5) If you cancel your membership, they will continuously try to charge your Credit Card so make sure you disable the card and they start trying to charge the second month membership only two weeks after you receive your prescription. Did you not give you a chance to even complete your prescription to see if you would like to continue? BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY.

There is little more infuriating to me than when companies waste my time with false advertising and bait and switch tactics. Which is exactly what Zealthy does. They offer $25 for the first month when using insurance in their google shopping ad and after 15 minutes of info/data gathering filled with unrealistic marketing promises of losing 47 pounds right away the price becomes $39 for the first month. Absolutely criminal.

I was holding off writing this review, but enough is enough! I believe this company is a scam. I've been trying to communicate with customer service for 6 days and just keep getting A.I. automated generic answers. I paid the monthly fee, provided documents requested and cannot get medication advertised in the dose I am currently on. I researched this company thoroughly and have a list of all interested parties affiliated. If a company cannot provide a customer service number that has a live person answering, a would say that it's an indication the company is not legit. I would suggest that any person looking for a weight loss provider, do your research. Read reviews. There are plenty of legit companies out there. Better to spend the time before rather than being disappointed after the fact. I really tried to give this company the benefit of the dought but it turned out to be a big waste of time.
