UPDATE: Been sending messages to the email provided below since day of first encounter still no services or products provided. Sent text message to the number that was messaging me to join and still no response. Will provide text thread. Call the customer service number and I always get a machine. To add to it this SCAM company has charged my card on March 2 and I am working with my bank about the fraudulent charges. TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY DON'T. This company is a complete scam. Takes your money, never hear from provider, never receive prescription, can not speak to anyone at the customer service number. Send automatic emails that you never receive a response back. Lie lie lie from the entire company. Was scheduled for telehealth appointment last Friday I logged in as of today I am still waiting for provider to join the visit. Then they keep sending emails talking about they cant charge my card. Hell no, you already charged it and never provided any services. Stay away from this bullshit ass company

I’m currently being charged for two subscriptions. One is a 6 month the other a year. The year subscription started prior to the 6 month and the six month expires prior to the year subscription. I’ve contacted them time and time again without resolve or response. It wouldn’t be a huge deal but the subscriptions combined are 1700$, overlap each other, and give me no added benefit. It was simply an over site when ordering medication. They seem to forget you have a subscription when ordering and charge you a new subscription feee!!!

I would like to emphasize no stars given to this company. When signing up, there’s a ten minute timer counting down so you don’t have a chance to read what is going on. They take $39 out of your account, which is supposed to be the price of your first month. I was led to believe it was going to be $103 a month for the shot. They tried to take over $600 out of my account, which I don’t have. I tried to get my $39 back and cancel, they’re saying it’s non refundable. They were supposed to send me an email to cancel, but have not. This company is a sham, they have stolen my money and won’t return it.

The company ran out of Semaglutide. I waited for my prescription, and after 2 weeks of waiting, I finally got a message they was out of the product. So I cancelled my prescription, and I am still waiting on a refund. I no longer trust that the product, there's too many fake companies selling.

Have been overcharged for the second time in as many orders and can’t seem to get anyone to respond to emails or phone calls.

I began working with them in June 2024, and it was great at first, but it has been awful since the new year. I think the customer service is chatbots; they keep telling me I must renew my membership when it is active. They have totally stopped responding to my request for refills, which is dangerous considering some of the medications they prescribe need to be tapered down & can not just be stopped without serious health consequences I tried to schedule with a live provider at the beginning, and the doctor never joined the call. It is impossible to get a live person. If they don't call or email me back, I'm going to contact my state medical board.

I received a reply from my review on Zealthy from Lydia. She stated that if I emailed her personally she would try to help me. I emailed her back just like she said and I have heard nothing. I have no choice but to take legal action. Taking money from account without my consent is theft. I received nothing. Business need to be held accountable.

Terrible customer service and communication. Got charged $39 and later $670 for the program but took a practitioner over 1 week to get to me in the meanwhile they spammed me daily with texts and emails to fill out their questionaires which I have. After a week when I find out that I am not qualified for the program, I told them to cancel and provide a refund. They cancelled my subscription but they ignored me when it comes to getting my refund. Because of cancelled subscription, I can’t even communicate there. I emailed them and tried calling them, but no response. I feel like this company is a SCAM!!!
