Hello Adranna! We are so sorry to hear that you are not getting your prescription in a timely manner. There is a nationwide shortage of this type of medication due to the popularity of it. Zealthy, and the pharmacies we use, are pushing to make sure we get every order sent out as soon as possible. Hello Trisha! We are so sorry to hear that you were not able to get your order as quickly as you were hoping. We do see that there was an issue processing the order so the order had to be manually charged and sent to the pharmacy. This is what caused the delay. We do see that your account is set up for your next vial, once you get close to finishing the one you are on, make sure to fill out the Intake Form and let your provider know you are ready for the next vial. We are only showing one order has gone to the pharmacy. We have gone ahead and refunded you back the extra $189 charge to you.
