I have been trying to switch from semiglutide to trizepatide for about 2 weeks and I can't get anyone to give me any effective help. I get answers and links to pages that don't do what they are supposed to and every time it's a day or two between communications. The counselor doesn't communicate with the doctor and visa versa, and no one is available to speak personally. I want someone to help me through the switch to tell me if it's the right choice to be my doctor! To guide me! I am paying you about $400.00 a month, it seems like I could get some help the one time in a year I've asked for anything. The Pricing is hidden in mist, Facebook tells me you will sell it to me for $25.00 a month, the one time I saw it listed on your site it was $799.00 a month! When I got a communication from you recently I was described a program where it started off low and increased with the dosage. No one has spoken to me about what my dosage should be when I switch or what the actual cost will be. I feel like I can't get any help when I ask. It's frustrating and I think I might be able to get better customer service and pricing elsewhere. If you can contact me immediately and resolve these issues I will stay with you, otherwise there are literally a hundred other providers out there.

I started to sign up, then found out there was a monthly fee on top of the prescription price. Told the rep that called I wasn't interested. Now being hit with the monthly fee anyways.

3/3/2025 - So an ACTUAL human being called me from Zealthy today, asked for my date of birth, and THEN HUNG UP ON ME! Your reply is to "call your NON-RESPONSIVE 800 number?" FRAUDULENT COMPANY with ZERO customer service. Spoke with the representative via text and was quoted $903 for a 3 month supply that included the membership fees. I was instructed to go to the Zealthy website and pay the $39 membership fee FIRST and then checkout. WELL, when I selected my product and proceeded to checkout, the total was $1785 NOT $903! I IMMEDIATELY texted the representative and felt ghosted for about an hour when she finally responded. At this point I NO LONGER want to do business and requested a refund for my $39. Well, that was 4 days ago and I still do NOT have a refund. I emailed their support team and they just keep trying to sell me product. I've requested via email a phone call from an actual human being and NO ONE has contacted me. I call their 800 number in hopes of speaking to someone, only to hold for 20 minutes and be told to leave a message. I leave a message and no one calls back. At this point I am reporting this as fraud to my credit card company and will notify the NYS Attorney General's office.

The membership fees was too much every month plus plus the cost of the meds , it was just ridiculous to pay that much money for meds when I can get the same medication from other pharmacies for less without the membership fees.

I've been charged for the medication and the first month of membership and have had technical issues on the portal that have not enabled me to complete your questionnaire. I've sent multiple emails made multiple calls and have received no assistance to resolve the multiple issues.The issue is not resolved and I've been charged.

I paid for product and never received a confirmation email

This company is a scam! Do not I repeat do not trust this company. They make you pay an initial fee of $39 just to view the pricing on their meds. Once on the screen of the pricing your only choice is to pick one available and no way to exit the screen with them saying that even though you don't pick one they will send whichever meds out! How insane is that! Even if you exit by closing all your screens it will open back up to where you left off and they charge your card then. They took $866 from my account without my authorization. I've been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks now. Even with them confirming I did not complete registration, I have yet to see a refund. I however am seeking legal action towards them and also reported them to the BBB.

Misleading advertised price and unable to cancel order.
