My membership is supposed to be canceled and I keep getting charged

I have had problems with their billing the last three times I needed to refill my prescription. I was double billed and have not received any response even though I’ve sent multiple emails and messages. Still waiting for my prescription to be refilled.

After my pre authorization ended I asked for a renewal. I am still waiting. It have been over 2 weeks now and I can’t get any medications. The service has been awful, taking multiple days to respond to messages and not sending in prescriptions when asked to. Overall a poor experience with awful service. Would give a 0 stars if possible.

**UPDATE: After receiving product, only one vial was received with receipt that showed two, and that vial (unopened and sealed) was only 1/8 filled, and received with cooling pack melted and vial temperature at 52 deg's F (must be stored under 43 deg's F). So in essence, charged $880 for approximately 1 week of product at the lowest starting dose. THIS IS FRAUD, UNACCEPTABLE, WILL RESOLVE WITH MY CRED CARD BANK FRAUD DEPARTMENT. Trying to contact someone at Zealthy is impossible, and on purpose. There is NOTHING legit about this company or their pharmacy. Ordered 2/22/25 and cancelled within two hours. Initial charge was declined by my bank fraud department with notification to me. I immediately used their portal to cancel my transaction and cancel my membership. For the next two days, they kept sending me messages that they couldn't fill my script because card was declined. I responded that I had cancelled and no longer want the product or service. Two days after that, they tried to recharge the same card that was declined, and that I removed from my profile..........and it went through. Charge was NOT for the original agreement which was cancelled. I immediately messaged them that it was to be cancelled, and then notified my bank fraud department. They still went and ordered through their pharmacy, which has now shipped the product. THIS IS FRAUD! And now that I read all these reviews, I know they'll continue charging my card for life. I'll have to cancel my card to get this resolved is my guess, but I'm still pursuing my options with the bank fraud department to get my money back. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, they are a COMPLETE FRAUD and will scam you out of many hundreds of dollars. Also, after reading other reviews, I think their product is also suspect.

I signed up for Zealthy to help push past a plateau in my weight loss journey. I had already lost a significant amount of weight on my own but needed an extra boost. Zealthy was running a promotion for a heavily discounted first month, which seemed like a great deal until I realized what a disaster this service actually is. After signing up, I attempted to set up my plan for the next three months, but their system repeatedly told me to update my payment method—despite my payments going through successfully. I tried multiple times with different cards, and each time, it reverted back to the same message, making it impossible to move forward. Frustrated with their glitchy and unreliable platform, I decided to cancel my membership. However, I still had my first month (which I paid for) remaining. Despite this, Zealthy sent me an email stating that a provider could not review my information because I didn’t have an active membership—even though my account clearly shows an active status until next month. Zealthy is nothing more than a poorly run, broken system that gladly takes your money but refuses to provide the service you paid for. Their payment system is dysfunctional, their customer support is nonexistent, and their handling of memberships is downright shady. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and wasted money—do not sign up for Zealthy.

I joined to receive oral GLP1 and they have taken money but fail to respond or send anything to me. Scammers

Horrible customer support. Mostly a scam!! I was charged for two months of a medication plan that I did not request and never received. They would not answer my emails either. I did get one medication, but never a RX and copy of the receipt for tax purposes. I was only able to get my money back from the erroneous charges after submitting a complaint to the better business bureau.

If there were zero stars I would give it. TOTAL scam. I recently paid 1500 and received the wrong amount to cover the dosage and also I am not sure it even is the medicine at this point. Doubling does has zero impact. Also, if you look online you are supposed to add units every month. This company charges you a ridiculous amount of money to stay at the lowest dose with zero effect. So, either it is the wrong amount or it isn't even a medicine that is in that vial. Total scam. Have requested refund.
