I am continuing to be charged for an account subscription that I have already cancelled and deleted my account to. Now I am very frustrated and tired of being charged and my emails going NOWHERE! I got an email telling they that it would be taken care of, and I’m glad my card is locked to being charged but it’s still attempting to charge me!!

I was approved for zepbound by my insurance 1/31. I was required to prepaying 2 months to get the prescription sent in which I did the same day. It is March 2nd and the pharmacy still has not received the PA from zealthy so I can get the prescription. Slow response time and this is not the first time whe sending messages to providers.

The shipment was late and actually never arrived, so I canceled my membership. That was the last straw, after having emailed the coordination team asking about the tardiness... getting canned responses over and over. I also had completed the 1st month's survey, mentioning some side effects I had experienced which no one had responded to earlier. It seemed to me that once the company has you as a member, they drop the ball. Good luck.

These people stole a thousand dollars from my account and then preached at me to not use some profanity. They were supposed to take out $189. And ON TOP OF THAT it was $965 and an extra "membership" fee of $130... I had to threaten legal action to get my money back, and a filed a legal complaint against them in 3 states. Also their product made me violently ill and I've reacted well to GLP before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A SCAM! UPDATE: I called the number they left in the reply below 12 times and never spoke to a person. I was on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes until I was kicked over to an answering machine. I was promised a refund 5 days ago and have no refund. At one point they told me they accidentally charged me 960.00 but couldn't refund the money they stole if I used profanity. So... that's where we are. 3/5/25. I have contacted the White Collar Crime Unit in 3 states.
