If I could give them 0 stars I would do it! They charged me 3 times $199 when it supposed that it was only 1 time $199 and of course is weekend. They don't answer and I only have 1 receipt so now I have to call my bank and dispute the transaction

I got charged after I canceled my order. I needed my results from bloodwork to see if my prescription was working at the 50mg dose after the 25mg dose didn’t work. After I sent my bloodwork work in I not only didn’t receive the test results I got charged for the test and the 25 mg dose that we had established didn’t work. I am at wits end trying to get someone to answer my calls and emails so I’m talking with a lawyer to see what I can do. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars and 9 months for no results because Zealthy is a scam. You don’t even have a BBB rating. I have to wait at home to tell the UPS delivery person I’m not accepting any packages from Zealthy and if I don’t get a refund for the test that I never got the results for and the prescription that doesn’t work, I’m going to make sure everyone on social media and in the electrician union knows how bad this experience has been not only to me, but to my wife as well.

Initially, my experience with Zealthy was positive. However, it quickly deteriorated. They stopped responding to my inquiries, delayed prescription refills, and then provided inaccurate information to my insurance company. This resulted in the denial of my crucial medication during treatment. Upon investigation, I discovered similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, suggesting a pattern of misconduct. I have cancelled my membership, requested a refund for two months of service, and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Given the widespread nature of these issues, I suspect a class action lawsuit may be forthcoming."

They seem very helpful and responsive at first, but as you get further in the process it goes downhill. Their text and email communications are completely inaccurate and untimely, the doctors take 3-5 days to get back to you. The coaches don’t really coach anything- mine reached out and responded one time in the last 3 months. If you are looking to just get the meds and do the rest yourself, this will work (albeit with super annoying communications) but use a different service if you want a true coach and doctor relationship.

Keeeps taking money out of my account and I have cancelled. Won’t refund my money for medication that was never shipped or filled. Very shady .

This is my second month using Zealthy and it has been a complete nightmare. I chalked it up to a fluke the first time but, after this go around, I will NOT be renewing my membership. Let's look past the fact that they put in the small print that your membership price jumps from $39 to $135 a month and jump to the fact that they tried to charge my card 8 times for it. I specifically put the costs of all my subscription payments into a separate account in case something like this ever happens (because it has before) so they weren't able to take the 1,080 they attempted to charge my card for this month but, they tried. Of course when my bank notified me I cancelled my membership but then they refused to send my prescription because I had to be a member to receive medicine. I reactivated my membership and suddenly my medication price jumped up by $80 a month. After getting THAT worked out I paid for my medication 6 days ago, including the extra $15 for 2 day shipping, and I have yet to receive a tracking number for it. What I HAVE received is 8 phone calls, 18 emails and 11 text messages telling me that I need to update my payment method so that my medicine can be shipped. Because, even though I already paid for it, they have tried charging me 1,070 for medicine in the last 5 days. On top of what they tried charging for my already paid for membership. They are a scam. Do not use them. At this point I have had to order new cards for my bank accounts and I am hoping that I actually receive the meds I paid for

I haven’t lost a pound. I think probably it was because of the fact that they only gave me enough product for 2 injections the first and second months, and yes I did confirm the dosage. Then when I sent a message telling them about the fact, I never received a reply. This may have been by mistake but not sending a response was a deal breaker. They still haven’t sent a response after two months. I am not sure they they are as responsive to clients as they say they are.

I was charged for 3 months of meds and only given 1 month. Was strung along to not be compensated or believed in the end. Took my money and did not deliver. Horrible experience and rotten customer service.
