Set up is easy. Questions are easy to submit. Response from provider is very timely. As you progress, they check in with you to see how their program is working. Advanced notice and questioner prior to requesting refills was very helpful. I had questions I may not otherwise thought to ask. ¥

Super easy and convenient. Everything is done through the app. You can message when ever you need. The reps are as involved as much or as little as you like
