They would not disclose pricing after the 3 month period. I am not even a customer and they would not disclose up front. Feels a bit scammy. When I pressed they told me to kindly have a nice day. If you can’t have transparency in your pricing buyer beware!

I haven't done business with them for some time now that my house burned down in the Palisades Fire and I am unable to receive mail there. I need to check banking statements to make sure they are not still charging me for services not rendered because I had that happen with another company who kept charging me as if I was using their medical care month after month because I assumed that if I stopped buying the product, it would be obvious, I wasn't needing their imaginary medical care. Not judging one company's bad business on this one. There were however issues with not sending my refill on time when I personally spoke with their coach and told him I trusted that they knew what they were doing and I'd get my shipment on time. That of which I did not get on time because one hand didn't know what the other was doing and I went 2 weeks before I got what I had already authorized. Now, there was an act of God, a fire, that would make it impossible for them to even think about saying I authorized anything due to a lack of ability to personally be handed a fresh shipment from the UPS or Fed Ex driver and those items had to be refrigerated to stay fresh and the fire are my fridge with everything else in the house. The reason I even mention this is because I JUST got this email asking how this company did. I haven't ordered ANYTHING since JULY OF LAST YEAR. Why are you asking now how well you did? So let this response throw a wrench in youre ratings as I ask WHY are you asking all this time after I ordered anything from you or used your services. I will have to check with my bank to see if they charged me incorrectly or out of greed because my bank statements burned up with my home and just under ten thousand other buildings and homes of the other families who lived in the affected part of Los Angeles.

I think a lot of reviews are a scam. They hide behind phone and computer. Once cancel they keep calling email and text and continues to bill card. Google , my email, and bank has flagged them . When they do call it auto. They keep say same thing over and over. One of the address of the email wasn’t even real addy. They use address for a company building in Miami Florida. But they are not in directory. They are not with BBB and if research nothing good and they go under more than one name. You cannot find company legit or verified anywhere. I lost my membership money and can’t get back. Thank God. I pay attention and stop before they took my money. I had block them and report and cancel card .

I have not been receiving any help or guidance with this process. My money was taken but I have yet to receive a confirmation of payment or shipping. I am very frustrated and would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. Edit: I will NOT be contacting the company. I have called countless times trying to get someone on the phone. No answer, no call back. I just need everyone to know that this company’s customer service is abysmal. I’ll take my money to MOCHI

The membership is unnecessary.

I can't get a straight answer about the price I'm paying for my medicine. The monthly membership is not worth it talking to person once every few months. I can't see paying when I don't know or understand the price I'm supposed to pay.

Everything was going pretty good from June until January. I needed a refill and all I've gotten is the run around. Now you have charged my card for $1330.00 , that i did not authorize, and still no product. I would like a full refund. This has really gotten out of control.
