DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN. NO. DO NOT DO THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY HERE. I scheduled time off at work for a visit with the care provider, the care provider never showed up to the visit. Care coordination is not helpful or responsive. You can't reach anyone on the phone, and they won't call you back. Do your research on best compound companies. Its apparent this company only wants your money. They dont care about customers.They took a payment and never provided me anything. Save yourself some time. READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS, we are all saying the same thing.

When I first signed up everything went smoothly. Customer service and the support care coordinators were responsive and on top of things. They did try to double charge my card but luckily I didn’t use my bank card and only put the amount that was due for the first transaction. I got my medication and did well. Then when it was time for my refill I did exactly like they had said and put in the request. They charged my card for $199 and that went through. Then a couple days later they kept trying to charge my card for $398 dollars. Of course that kept declining. I messaged customer service telling them that my card keeps trying to be charged. I got a response that they were sorry about that and would make sure it didn’t do that again. Still waiting on my refill…. I’ve tried several times to get ahold of someone by phone with customer service. It says the average wait time is 4 minutes but I waited over an hour and nobody ever answers the phone. I have called and called and called and nobody ever answers. I have left a vm and customer service finally calls back but it’s 3am in the morning so of course I’m not going to answer bc my phone is on silent. I continue to email and I always get someone new it’s never the same person and it’s never helpful. Just that they will look into it and I just keep repeating myself to someone different every single time. This company could have been great but I’m starting to think that it’s all just a BIG SCAM!!! I’ve yet to get my refill or my money back and I’m so DISAPPOINTED! I was looking at the other reviews and I saw their response to call them but that’s the same number we have been calling. Nobody ever answers. So now I know this is just a big scam! I don’t even know how there’s any good reviews on here unless they are just fake!!!

Money taken out of my checking account for months unable to cancel. Did not order anything never got anything. $135.00 per month, scam rip off

I had prepaid for 3 months ($948.00) and then a “hurricane” hit and they needed to switch pharmacies. Apparently there are NO other pharmacies in this country to send semiglutide because as of today, March 3,2025, i haven’t heard from them since OCTOBER 2024. ***Update: "Zealthy" replied to this post, as you can see, and I have emailed her/them 8 times since. NOTHING. No reply. Nothing

Probably the worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced m. They don’t respond to messages, don’t help fill prescriptions. I currently have been asking for 15 days to get an order refilled without a single response. When you call the customer service number they put you on hold then continually disconnect the call.

Trying to charge my card for $200,000 and many other different amounts of thousands of dollars.

Terrible system, No way to speak to a live person. No response to multiole emails and messages. I am very unhappy
