Hey James! I am sorry to hear there was confusion about how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription,n then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee. I do see that our team has refunded your $39 fee as of 2025-03-07. The refund can take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
