The $39 First Month Weight Loss Membership fee I have refunded, since you are not moving forward. You are going to see $39 credited right back on your card within the next 5-7 business days at most. Hey Jessica! I am sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience working with our team or using our program. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee. I have confirmed that your membership is canceled, and the fee of $199 has been voided out. Hey Tiffany! I am so sorry to hear that you have been charged for an order that you were not ready for. I have made sure your membership is canceled out so there are no future charges. I also see our team refunded the prepaid membership fees in the amount of $216. Hey Sherrie! I am so sorry to hear that you were charged for our weighty loss membership when you are no longer using it. I do show the account has been canceled, and your charge of $135 was refunded as of 2024-12-26.
