They suck! No other service that I know of that offers this medication charges you up front for the membership before you can even complete the questionnaire to see if you are eligible! $39 a month...FOR WHAT? I IMMEDIATELY TRY CONTACTING THEM TO CANCEL IT ONCE I COMPLETED THE QUESTIONNAIRE AND SAW THE PRICING, BUT DESPITE COUNTLESS EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, AND TEXT MESSAGES, THEY MAKE IT VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYBODY!! Finally, I get someone who sends a reply saying pretty much oops, too bad, you signed the terms of agreement before filling out the questionnaire, so the $39 is non-refundable.. no wonder they have such s***** ! Trust me, there are services that don't charge stupid membership fees and offer the same medications for a lot less, AND offer excellent customer service. Skip this company at all costs!

The medicine is a compound. Does not work. Dont waste your time or money

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I was prescribed 120mg of medication, I received 10mg. I paid $1786 for 120mg and they are refusing to fill my prescription stating that I received it, I did not. The labeling says 10mg, I have provided pictures. They are charging me for months of membership while I fight with them to get the product that I paid for. This is a scam.

I signed up in June. The first few months were fine. In January, my card randomly got charged $ 900 by them. I called to see what the charge was for, and was told it was a mistake. The next day it happened again. I canceled but eventually signed back up because I had a hard time getting a prescription else where. I requested a refill 4 times, sent several emails about the delay, and was told I needed to meet with the doctor. I was told that I was going to get a partial refund due to not having any service for the month of February even though I paid for it. After the doctor didn’t show, I canceled my membership and I asked for a full refund. 14 days later, I haven’t gotten a partial or full refund. I have disputed it with my bank and have submitted evidence of the doctor not showing, all emails, but I have to wait for them to respond.

Zealthy is a ripoff. Once they have your credit card number they will continue to send product even after you cancel. They have a "manage subscription" site where you can cancel..There is also a message system. I used both repeatedly to cancel my subscription. None of it worked-they continue to send product and charge me. I advise, based on my eperience, that you stay away from Zealthy. Zealthy is unhealthy!

Biggest scam. I sign up and keep asking if they had oral meds so I didn't finish my sign up completely after company said it was going to be addition $$99 on top of membership fee plus $199 rx fee so that $199 a month turn into $500 so they wouldn't refund my money they didn't do anything of services but they can steal my money but I'm letting people know it's impossible to cancel. Be AWRE

There was no communication from Zealthy. There were numerous messages sent to Support via email and left on tge message Prtal. After a week mo response. There were 7 different attempts to contact Zealthy via phone. All we met either an over 20 minute wait on hold and then an unceremoniously disconnect. There were numerous attempts to re-charge my card on file first for $1165, then $2330 and then $4660. Even though I paid and sent proof of payment to Zealthy. This has continued for the last 2 weeks.

If you’re on Medicare. Some of their products are not eligible to be bought from them. In the meantime, Zelfy charges your credit card a timer two and then you’re stuck fighting to get your money back.
