Communication is abysmal. I received more AI responses than anything else. I have been waiting for medication for over a month and when I inquire, I receive the same AI apology. I feel like I’m being scammed.

Buyers Beware!! Do not put your card in and think you can cancel. There is not a way to cancel. I finally spoke to someone on the phone and thought id successfully cancelled to be charged monthly again the same day only hours later of cancellation. No matter what you do they have No refund policy they stated to me this morning after three weeks of saying i dont have a membership even though i paid the whole month. They kept my money and canceled my membership on the same day on February 17th and then charged My card. Its a very bad business.

Do not I repeat do not get involved with these people.....I have canceled my subscription weeks ago and they are still trying to run my card!!!! Thank god my bank won't allow it. I have called them and emailed them at least 20xs to stop and they don't. Unless u want money trying to be stolen from you I would not use them!!
