You'll said $39.00 for first month then…

Really a 0 need my refund back You'll did not mention that the prescription is a different price from paying $39.You'll said $39.00 for first month then you'll are scamming saying & forcing us as clients to check one of the boxes of one of the two items and pay $100 or more for the medication. That's not the price you'll said for the first month and your not being up front about all these other payments so how you'll just going to take some money just that quick out of account?Before we decide which one we as a client or customer want to do thats real foul.You'll then scammed me out of my $39.I want my refund back or will report to my bank and Better Business Bureau. You'll said $39.00 for first month then you'll are scamming saying & forcing us as clients to check one of the boxes of one of the two items and pay $100 or more for the medication.That's not the price you'll said for the first month what you'll where saying. You'll then scammed me out of my $39.I want my refund back or will report to my bank and Better Business Bureau.

Hello Snappy! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Doctor no-showed appointment
I had a virtual appt and the doctor never answered or showed up. I reached out to reschedule and I haven’t heard anything back. It also takes forever for someone to get back to you if you have a question or a health concern. It’s also extremely expensive compared to some other companies that provide the same treatments.

Avoid this Scam at all costs
First of all they practice in false advertising. The ad they have claims one medication, victoza, at a price as low as $25.00 a month. You have to pay to get to where you can see what meds they do offer and victoza is not even one of them. The closest price point to that $25.00 is $151.00, on tip of the $135.00 a month to have access to anything. They claim a 6 month money back guarantee but only if you order something not if you pay the "membership" fee to gain access to the website. I advise everyone to stay away from this group of liar and thieves, To your reply: not only did you not offer the advertised price you did not even offer the advertised medication. Then you refuse to even give me back the money, for the membership I had to buy to find out your advertising was completely false.

Their site does not point out up front the monthly fee is for the prescription only. The medicine is $300 plus more a month with no insurance.

I canceled the membership back in…
I canceled the membership back in October and I just got charged again after canceling the service. I clicked on everything and it doesn't let me see my membership. They won't give me my money back. They're a bunch of frauds. Don't use them.

DO NOT USE THEM!
The worst response times (1-2 days) they take your money, even when they promise "guaranteed refund no medication can be prescribed". I am having to FIGHT to try to get 670 dollars back that I prepaid for medication. A huge hassle. DO NOT USE THEM, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

A possible scam
I have spoken to 4 different coordinators and then attempted to speak to a different representative and waited 20 minutes with no response. Beware…this Ms be a scam!

They can't keep their records straight
They can't keep their records straight. They try and tell me to refill my Rx before I need to, but then when I do and ask for a dosage increase they deny me because I didn't send in my refill on time. Then as soon as I receive my meds I'm getting messages saying it's time to refill again. This company is a joke! Currently looking for another company to work with, one that has their stuff together
