I started with them on February 18, I did my first month of injections and advised them that there is no way I have enough medication in vial to last 8 more weeks, prepaid for 3 months. Pharmacy called me and while on phone with them they had me send pictures of medication removed from bottle in syringe, showed I had 100 units left in bottle, enough for 4 weeks not 8. They did absolutely nothing to make this right. I sent a message telling them I wanted to cancel membership and wanted a refund for membership. No response at all! Horrible customer service. In regards to the reply to my review. I’ve received multiple messages advised me that they will not be refunding my 2 months of membership due to already received my medication ( mind you not enough medication for the 3 months I paid for ) so if ya ask me I was scammed, if they wanted to make this right they could, they just choose not to.

COMPLETE SCAM! Completely misleading on price so I began the process and never finished verifying my ID. I then cancel and was still charged. I reached out to them about it and was told I’d get a refund. Never heard back after a few days so I called again and had to leave a message. They never called back to I emailed and was told I would not get a refund and my cancellation wasn’t processed so I had an extra month. Worst service ever. Edit for reply. You want to help me then return the money you should not have charged me

**Update per the reply from Zealthy: Lies. I have been in contact with customer support and every time they say the $39 fee is non refundable ≈============ Horrible business practices. Do not use them they charged me $39 fee for intake and setup. I didn't even order when I saw their prices. So I canceled and did not order and did not set up an appointment with the doctor. I requested a refund within the hour and they said no.

This is the worst company. I was charged $2569.00 for a three month supply of medication. That was 3 weeks ago. I have left multiple voicemails, multiple emails; still no one has responded or called me back. Then every other day they try to charge my account for the same price. I’m still waiting for a full refund or my medication.

It's been more than 4 months of emails and text messages to Zealthy, asking them to cancel my account and still no one has responded. There is no customer service phone number existing. Try to google search zealthy customer service phone number, and you will see what I mean.

These people took my $600 out of my account unauthorized after missing 4 consecutive doctors visits (THEY MISSED) and with no consultation or request for more meds!! This company is the worst!! I’m on a 20 minute hold with them now. Choose another company or stay overweight This was a terrible decision

Do not get scammed by this company like I did! Unfortunately I fell for the fake positive reviews and purchased a membership and one month of medication for $149. After some shady exchanges I looked more into the company and realized this was all a scam. I cancelled my membership and the same day they charged my card $249. After inquiring about it they told me they sent off another prescription (two weeks after the first prescription) which was not communicated to me prior and I never authorized. I have demanded a refund multiple times and I’ve gotten no response. Altogether they took $400 from me for absolutely nothing!
