Hey Nichole, thank you for reaching out to us with feedback on how your Zealthy journey is going. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, we can prescribe non-GLP medication, free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Hey Kimberly! How strange, we do not have any known issues with the site at this time. We can suggest making sure you are using a strong internet connection, clearing your cookies/cache, and logging back in or using a different browser.
