Hey Lindsay! We're really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s not the level of service we aim for, and we want to make things right for you. I have noticed that you were already refunded for the charge for your order that wasn't delivered. Upon thoroughly checking, I am happy to refund back the renewal of your membership for October which costs $135 since there were no services rendered. Please allow 5-7 business days depending on your bank's policy for the refund to appear in your account. Please know that your account is already canceled. Rest assured there won't be any other future charges. If we can turn things around for you, we’d truly appreciate an updated review. Looking forward to making this right!

Hey Vance! I am so sorry to hear that there has been confusion with the dosage of your medication. The medication received has a generic dosage for the prescription that is automatically put on by the pharmacy itself. We always recommend that you go directly off the dosage given to you by your Zealthy Provider, as depending on the dosage, your specific prescription may be different than what is on the pharmacy bottle.
