This company is totally and utterly disorganized. I joined their service 7 weeks ago and was prescribed medication and charged for a 3-months supply plus care coordination for 3 months. I am yet to receive any medication or care. Support is horrible and does not give meaningful advice or responses. They just say that the pharmacy is on back order! This is the most unprofessional "medical company" I have ordered from. I will be requesting a full refund immediately!!

I got the $39 membership in December of…
I got the $39 membership in December of 2024. I wanted to let my insurance pay for the prescriptions, and let the Coach know that. I expressed that I could not afford to pay out of pocket for prescriptions, and if my insurance didn’t approve me, I wanted to cancel the membership. I got a message saying that I was approve, so I called CVS to see if the prescription was ready, and was told that I would have to pay $500. I contacted the coach and was told to wait, they were still waiting on my insurance to respond. I have contacted them through the app (which they say could be 2-3 days) and through email and have not heard from anyone yet. I have been charged over $130 every month and it’s March, but have not received a refund, a response, not any prescriptions.
So I still haven’t received a response through the Zealthy app even though it’s been since March 7th when I sent the last one, but Zealthy can reply through Trustpilot! However, the reply insinuates that I am confused or undecided about what I want to do. I have sent messages and clearly stated that I wanted a refund because I paid the initial fee in December 2024 thinking that Zealthy would be able to get my prescription approved through my insurance company. It’s April now and apparently Zealthy has not been able to accomplish that. If the insurance company is not responding or is refusing to cover the prescriptions, then respond and tell me that, instead of continuing to charge my bank account knowing that you can’t help me. I have canceled my membership through the app and would like a refund of the January and February membership fees, since I have not received the service paid for.

Poor communication
Poor communication. Liars. Told me I'm approved then another provider said I'm not then I was told I was approved, then not. They charged me $850. I've been asking for a refund and they just keep blowing me off. Do not use this company, they will take advantage of you.

Hello Sarah! I am so sorry to hear that you are not having the best experience using our services or working with our team. I understand wanting a refund of this charge since you are not moving forward. I have refunded the fee of $670 and you are going to see it back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days at most. If there is anything further I can do to help please feel free to reach out. Have a wonderful day!

TRASH!
This company is absolutely infuriating! I received an incomplete prescription and they outright refuse to send the remainder or even stop payment for the product they didn't send. I followed every single instruction to the letter, yet I ran out of product a whole month early! I'm not asking for a full refund here. Either send the rest of what I paid for or stop charging me for something I didn't use! I hope this pathetic company goes bankrupt! It’s beyond trash!

I want to educate potential customers…
I want to educate potential customers that are looking to seek medication management for weight loss who have government insurance such as Tricare, Medicare or Medicaid. Zealthy does not notify potential customers at the beginning of the process that if you have any of the above insurance, you are ineligible but the $39.00 that is collected during the process is non-refundable. Everything appeared to be going well - positive comments about my potential weight loss with using Zepbound medication until the very end of the process (I had already paid the $39.00 fee) to find out I was ineligible due to my government insurance. It didn't matter that I was going to be paying out of pocket. I spoke to a person named Leanne who acknowledged my frustration over losing $39.00 - sorry it's non-refundable. I told her that Zealthy should be transparent about notifying potential consumers at the very beginning if they have government insurance do not proceed applying. Self-pay makes no difference. I'm not sure how many people have fallen into the trap I did but if I can educate just one person about the current practices of Zealthy, I did my part as a consumer. I will also be reporting the current practices to the Better Business Bureau. In my opinion, Zealthy is taking advantage of consumers by intentionally waiting until the end of the process to inform them of their ineligibility.

Hello Lori! I am so sorry to hear that we were not able to provide you with our services. Sadly, government insurance has put restrictions on Zealthy not allowing us to provide our weight loss services to their patients. We do have other services and programs that you can sign up for, it is just the weight loss medication that we are not able to assist with.
Of course, if we find that we can not assist you because of these government restrictions, we are happy to refund the membership fee and cancel the service for you. If we have not done this for you yet Lori, please feel free to reach out to me. You can do so by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot-Lydia". Thank you!

This is a membership not a treatmet…
This is a membership not a treatmet plan your paying for. This company will immedately take your money and try to get you to agree to buy a package for $700 in addition pay $135 a month for a membership service. This information is not displayed until you give them your payment information and they take your first payment within 1 minute and will not refund you the money at all.
They will send a text to your phone statng that they will charge you $39 for the first month supply and $135-$216 a month afterwards.
False advertising and fake products!
Response from ZealthyMar 22, 2025
Hi Kimberly,
Apologies for any confusion. Our weight loss plan starts at $39 for the first month and then renews at $135 per month.
Please note that medications, including compounded Semaglutide/Tirzepatide, are not covered under our weight loss membership plans. For branded GLP-1 medications, we do not dispense them directly but we only prescribe them—you will need to pick them up from your local pharmacy, where they may be covered by your insurance.
Here’s what our weight loss plan includes:
✅ Support from medical providers and access to affordable compounded medications
✅ 1:1 coaching for personalized guidance
✅ Access to our Prior Authorization Team to assist with insurance coordination

Let us know if you have any questions!
Sincerely,
Rudy

Go somewhere else. These people have zero scruples, will charge whatever they want whenever they want
My script increased from $329.00 to $519.00. Nobody told me this. I NEVER authorized a debit for $519.00. Had i known that the price was going to all of a sudden increase 200 dollars, I would have said NO. 3 days ago I tried to change my card on file. The app would not let me make any changes. So I wrote my "customer care team" telling them to please DO NOT BILL my card on file, that I had another card I wanted to use. What did they do? Billed ithe card I told them not to use for $519.00!! My bank flagged it as fraud and stopped it. I wrote my "customer care team" again, to find out what the hell was going on, and to explain to me why $519.00 was being billed to my card I asked them not to use. What did they do? Offer me ZERO explanation...and ran the card AGAIN for $519.00. This time they got the money. Last month my shipment I paid $15.00 extra to get here sooner WAS 5 DAYS LATE. Take my advise and go somewhere else. These people do jot care about you or your money. I am filing a complaint with my state Attorney Generals office of consumer affairs.
Response from ZealthyMar 24, 2025
Hey Shane! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion with your recent order. I do see that the reason for the price increase was due to a higher prescription being sent out. Anytime you get a higher dosage, the cost will increase as well. Again, I am sorry this information was not given to you previously. I do see we are currently waiting on tracking from our partnering pharmacy and as soon as we get an update we will reach out to you with the tracking number.
Because of the confusion with the price, I have refunded 10% of your order. Please expect to see $51.40 back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days.
If there's is anything further I can do to help please feel free to reply to email. Thank you!

The product didn’t work for me and I…
The product didn’t work for me and I had numerous problems with the app notifications. I didn’t fill out the forms to reorder my medication but was charged anyway. I contacted them to cancel and then when charged again the provided me a new link to use your cancel. They refused to reimburse me the $670 for the medication I never received or the 2 months of service at $130 each I didn’t use past the 1st quarter. I tried to dispute the charge with them and never got a response. The app just shows they can’t communicate because I don’t have an active account. I finally found a phone number my credit card company provided but that number is disconnected. I now hear them advertising on the radio under several different names.
