This is a scam! the non-refundable rule for membership is ridiculous and a scam to people who does not fully understand their platform. Without any help from live person and by taking answers from questions online is not acceptable! There is no service rendered so why is there a charge! I am filing a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! If I do not get a refund then I am disputing this charge from my bank!

**Paid $39 for Services Never Received - Refused Refund** I paid Zealthy $39 for services that I never received. Despite multiple requests, they have refused to issue a refund. My experience: - They never processed my ID - They never collected my insurance information - No medical services were ever provided - No consultations were performed When I contacted customer service about getting my money back for services not rendered, they refused. I even copied the CEO and management on my refund request, but they never bothered to respond. I've attempted to resolve this reasonably, but they've been unwilling to issue a refund for services I never received. I cannot recommend a company that takes payment and then fails to provide any service whatsoever. Even worse is their refusal to make things right when the error was brought to their attention. I'm now having to contact my bank to dispute the charge and will be filing complaints with appropriate regulatory agencies. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for healthcare services. UPDATE: I totally understand. Unfortunately, the initial membership fee of $39 is non-refundable as it covers the work our team does right from the start. This includes processing your assessment and coordinating with your insurance. I wish you the best of luck on your journey! LIAR: I never provided my id or insurance information. They took money out of my daughter’s account after we told them last month that I wanted to quit that’s not fair to her. It took it out of her bank account and now she’s overdrafted that’s not fair. 0 stars I paid for my subscription and meds a week ago I not only don’t have the medication but they still haven’t sent me a tracking number. I called I was told someone would call me back and still nothing. I believe this is a scam

I paid 39 dollar as was advertise. Went through my insurance and did not get approved i cancled my membership ship and they still charged me $135 for membership, i called customer service for almost 2 weeks no refund no nothing happened they keep saying oh we will take care of it and you get the refund via text or email , i worked in customer service services and i know how hard to deal with but have the empathy and sympathy to help and care . Never go with this company again

If i could I would give them a 0 star. These people have gone into my bank account twice and takin 135.00 on March 2nd 2025 and 135.00 on March 12th 2025 When I call I'm told I don't have an account with them thay can't fine or my account was closed last year in 2024. These people will not refund my money or even able to tell me why they took it from my account. When I call either they transfer me or hang up on me. Please don't trust them into your bank account and or if anything is even legit.

DO NOT use this it is a ripoff they make you think your paying for the medication and it is just for a membership and the medication is still high I request a refund about 10 minutes after I realize this was not for the medication and they are trying to keep my money after doing nothing this is a scam

Totally misleading, they advertise $39 for the first non but that’s just the “membership” fee. Then when trying to contact customer service nobody answers the phone or numerous emails I’ve sent. When you click on the “contact us” link it takes you to a page that’s GONE.
