Garbage and Untrustworthy, They lie about the fees!!!!!!!!!!! Do not make the mistake of believing the ads. I am trying to cancel and get a refund based on false and misleading advertising. 0 stars!!!!!! As of 4-3-25 they have not responded to my messages. Still waiting for my refund... This is to answer the reply I just got from the company… I have left numerous messages through your website and have not received a response!!!! Please don’t act like you care on here… Why do you advertise EVERYTHING INCLUDED if the medication is not included???? I did not request medication do to this fraud and immediately contacted through the only means available, your website so that you can’t claim you did any work and deserve to keep my $39.00… REFUND IT NOW AND CANCEL EVERYTHING AND DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN!!!! Just so the public knows I have emailed the address that was left on Trust Pilot and am now waiting for a reply… I just found out ZEALTHY is being sued by the FTC... I just filed a complaint against them on their website... They have not responded to the email I sent them requesting an immediate refund... If anything changes I will update you here. As of 4-4-25 They REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY STATING THEY DID SOMETHING….THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE MINUTE I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM I CONTACTED THEM. THIS WAS WITHIN MINUTES!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND I PRAY THEY GET WHATS COMING TO THEM FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. A Full Refund Was Given.....

They entice you with the product, but after providing your credit card info, hidden fees appear. Always check one-star reviews first; I didn't and got burned. Zealthy makes false claims. Entering your credit card info is a trap. I did so on March 18th, noticed the hidden fees. So, I canceled, and requested a refund that same day! 17 days later, today, April 2nd, there's no refund. I was told it's too late because someone has looked at my account. Their website wouldn't let me cancel after 5 attempts. Their three-star rating should be one-star rating. Zealthy is just another company ripping people off! Avoid giving them payment info. Despite multiple attempts to cancel, they refuse. I'm appalled by this company and others like them! Update: I did receive my refund but it took a lot of work. If you're reading this, don't trust this company or you have to put up a fight to get your money back!

I should have read the reviews. This company is a classic bait and switch. They advertise a low introductory price for the first month. On the website the user is immediately asked to pay for a membership to continue. It is phrased in such a way as to make you think this is the first months medication. After paying, you are asked some basic questions before they give you the price the price includes a monthly membership which you have to have and the medication. All of this is much higher cost than what was advertised and is the introductory rate. You have to pay to proceed even though they state they have to review your information to see if you qualify. I realized it was a scam at this point. Other people report that did pay report that they never received anything. One thing I did get for my membership is a constant barrage of texts and emails urging me to pay up. Also, your membership fee is non-refundable. There are better options out there. Avoid this scam unless you like paying for constant spamming.

Hello Timothy! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and, if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee.
