You guys totally lied to me at the beginning and told me that Zepbound would not be covered by my insurance, you tried to talk me into getting a compounded semi glutide, I told you no and you sent it anyway and you charge me for it!! You are not to be trusted at all.

They are unresponsive
They are unresponsive. They charged me after I tried canceling. Also charged me $670 for medication I never received. Their response finally after charges the second was no refunds. I asked to use my insurance prior to ordering the medication. They never processed the request to my insurance and charged me for the medication. When trying to cancel They said no refund.
Response from ZealthyFeb 18, 2025
Hey Kim! I am so sorry to hear that you have had such trouble at the start of your relationship with us. The $670 was a technical error and I am having our team investigate as no order has been prescribed. I have refunded the $670 and you will see it back on your card within 5-7 business days at most. If you are still wanting to see if insurance will cover the cost, I can make that happen. If you would like to go this route please email me directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot-Lydia" and I will be there to help you further.

Never lost any weight
Never lost any weight. Got extreme reflux, nausea/vomiting, and was in pain.
I was told it was normal, and was sent Zofran (and CHARGED FOR IT).
NO weight loss. No concern for my health.
Out of medication now, but charged AGAIN 5 days ago! What in the world?
Response from ZealthyFeb 12, 2025
Hello Gina! I am so sorry to hear that you had side effects to your order. I understand how concerning this had to be. I do see our provider did everything they could to help ensure we could help. I do see your recent fee of $135 was because of your weight loss membership with us which is still active. To ensure you are not charged again I have canceled your weight loss membership and refunded the fee. You will see $135 right back on the same card charged within the next 5-7 business days at most.

Medication works, Zealthy app not so much
Medication is actually 4-5 stars. Unfortunately, my Zealthy app and correspondence has been awful. Their staff is really polite and generally quite helpful, but the app you use to communicate with the company has few good qualities. I literally get dozens of automated text and email messages every week from Zealthy, most of which are duplicates and also incorrect. For example, I get constant messages saying my prescription is expired and I need to fill out the info on a link included in the message. Except that I'm pretty sure that isn't right. So I ignore the messages a while, then finally get tied of the "urgent" notices and click the link to fill out the medication update request on the app. Only to be messaged back by my provider saying my request was denied because it had already been filled and it was too early to request a refill. So stop asking me to and saying it's urgent and expired already! There have been numerous times when my prescription refill was anywhere between a couple weeks and two months late being delivered. Over the past year, it's been late more often than it's been on time, so I usually run out of medication before the refill is delivered. You aren't permitted to request a refill until week 3 of each month, which I do, but then it takes 1 week to 2 months to deliver the refill. I totally understand that supply issues arise, but I don't like paying for monthly subscription during times when I got zero monthly service. They do not provide transparent pricing throughout the range of dosages, so as you increase your dose, you have no idea what each dose/vial size will cost. On this same note, when I switched from a higher weight loss dosage to a very low maintenance dose, I didn't see a significant lowering in cost as I would expect. They don't clearly specify what prices each dose will be as you increase or decrease. They say they provide diet, exercise and meal planning assistance, but there's nothing customized for your needs just a page or two of rough guideline suggestions in a pdf file. There's tons more useful, customizable resources available online for free. My online coach was more helpful, as you have a live person to text with who gets back to you once a week or so. Mine did give me some links to YouTube accounts that I could follow for exercise options. I could've done that on my own, but it's nice to have a person to chat with about personal struggles and challenging times that inhibit my success. Overall, my health and weight loss has improved during the time I've used Zealthy, and my mental health has benefited because of the weight loss. So for that I'm very, very grateful. Medication is effective and relatively affordable out of pocket, but the Zealthy experience leaves a lot to be desired.
For reference, I started using Zealthy on November 2023 to present, so a little over one year of experience, and I lost about 50 lbs. I put a few pounds back on upon switching from the higher weight loss dose to a low maintenance dose (about 20%), after a more than 2 month delay in receiving a refill.

Zealthy charged me for a doctors I…
Zealthy charged me for a doctors appt I didn’t ask for which no other plan ever made me do and they called me at 4am to remind me of that 8am appt. They woke me from a dead sleep.
To receive the semiglutide I paid a $135 monthly membership fee, $99 for a doctor appt and then they wanted $199 for the medication. I canceled my subscription because I feel charging me for a DR appt on top of the monthly membership and medication cost was unfair.
Response from ZealthyFeb 3, 2025
Hey Carol! I am so sorry you were charged for this provider appointment. This absolutely should not have happened, as your provider consultations are included with your weight loss membership monthly fee. I want to get this fee refunded to you right away. Please email me directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Trustpilot-Lydia" and I will be there to help!
