It's a total scam. Despite several attempts to cancel my subscription, Zealthy continues to take $135 every month, and I have never received a product, nor do I want one. Please consider carefully, as there are no refunds.

So I signed up to try there product but then decided not to and canceled right away but have been charged $39 for nothing that's ridiculous.

Terrible experience. Make you pay $39 for a membership before seeing any accurate prices of the medications. I selected a 1 month supply for around $200. They charged me $650 for a 3 month supply that I did not select.

scam!! first constantly messaging me so i bought 3 months said i was getting 60mg, i was sent basically an empty bottle, they told me converted to 40mg but it was the smallest amount dosing each week, when i questioned this was not was recommended at time and was to be give 60mg, after a few weeks told me they will give me free extra 20mg , i just had to fill in refill, only option for that is to sign up for 12 months, i am now waiting again for them to respond after 2 weeks no response except that they are too busy to respond. DO NOT BUY. I also had 2 months membership, on initially registering they then charged me an additional 3 months to cover the 3 months medication. i al signed up to get medication completed form honestly said i was a great candidate , met doctor and told me they could give me the medication!!! SCAM DO NOT BUY. three weeks and still waiting for a response, Each day is the same "We apologize for any inconvenience. It appears that your medical provider is currently handling a high volume of patients. Please rest assured that your concern has been forwarded to them, and I have also escalated it to our lead provider. My sincere apologies again, and we truly appreciate your time and patience."

Used wrong coding when charging my CC on multiple transactions which caused my CC company to deny charge. Called customer service to correct account #. They didn't and the order was cancelled. Was charged twice for $ 670.00 & $ 39.00 on CC. Called customer service to dispute and was informed it would be credited back to the account. That hasn't happened.

Do NOT use this company! They are a scam! I didn’t even sign up for a membership and they still took $39 out of my account and they have yet to refund my money. I have contacted the Attorney General and turned them in and my bank has launched a dispute with the company. I will get my money back even if it takes months, but I want to warn others not to use this company for any reason whatsoever.

UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL, how does this company even exist. Customer service is a robot, and cant even answer questions in a way that at least pretends to be a person, and the product I received after paying 1500 or so, was NOT what was supposed to come, but moreover, it says, you must use this vial within 28 days, so IF there was 2 months worth even in that one vial, how does that make sense that I would be able to do 2 months worth of injections on 1 vial? BUT again, reaching out and reaching out to NO avail, and now they have the audacity to say, hey actually, you can get zepbound instead of the compound. I just want to return this vial and cancel. NOT worth your time, stress, and certainly your money.
