They stated my meds would be maybe $150, so I signed up with the $39 membership. Then after someone reviewed my medical history they tried to charge me almost $700 so I wanted to cancel my membership and get refunded the $39 because I had signed up less than 24 hours previously. They then informed me that I could cancel but my $39 was not refundable because a provider that I didn't even speak with had looked at my medical history. It's a huge scam if you ask me and very misleading. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!

Be very careful when signing up for this service. i went through the process to see what the total cost would be. but when i found out during the signup process that you also pay a monthly membership fee i stopped the process and didnt finish the signup but because they get you payment information before you get to what the total cost will be. they charged me a membership fee anyhow. and they have refused to refund it. buyer beware

I was looking into this program to see what is available for me. I filled out the membership to see what I was getting from this membership. I didn't get no response until I started finding out that they were trying to keep my $39. I wrote them because I canceled the membership. Then I get this rude lady on the phone asked her some questions about returning my money because I canceled then she said stop talking. I know this was infuriating to me because I wanted her to answer my questions so she started getting loud so I got loud. I told her if this is her role I don't want no part of this program. I took photos of the cancelation and the docs that I didn't fill out because I knew something was fishy.

This program is a scam. You can't participate unless you qualify with your insurance and they don't tell you that upfront. They only share that information once you have paid for the membership. They make it very difficult to get brand-name medication although their website makes it look like it's seamless. They push hard to sell their compounded medications which are not FDA approved. Be careful. I do not recommend.

This company is horrible. I paid for membership and for a prescription it’s been almost a month and I haven’t received anything. I keep getting the run around from them saying to wait 1-2 days it’s been almost a month. No one actually helps resolve the matter I get different responses from someone every time they respond. Update: the person who replied to this review is a liar. They claim they would help but when I requested my money back they stopped responding. So I called them they claim they submitted my account to be refunded but their pharmacist authorizes it but don’t know when or if that will happen. Completely bs they took my money I never received and medication or real help. Now that I canceled my membership and want my money back they completely have gone ghost in response to fixing the issue. I will post on BBB and all other platforms this week expressing my time with this company.

I started with Zealthy and they told me it was one price and it was another , I decided to try it and they told me it would be a month for $200 or 199 so I did it. I did two shots one week apart and there was no more in the vile imagine that. They give you a little bit of taste of it and then want you to buy more of it even more pricier price tag. I don't believe in this company or anything about it. They guarantee you telehealth and other visits and you had nothing the entire two weeks. I was on it other than one email to say they're there if I need them. Well if I had lost more than one or 2 pounds Then I might've but you guys totally screwed me and thank you.

Completely screwed me over! Said “$39” now to get first months. I paid for it and then it took me to the plan page and I ended up not wanting to spend $300 a month so I exited out to get a refund on the $39 just to find out everyone here is complaining too and the damn website says no refunds available. I swear if they start charging me monthly…!!!!!

I would have given less if possible. It’s a scam. Don’t do it.
