Theft by swindling- i paid for their membership fee of $39. But when you get to the next step to choose your medicine, you are told you have to pay for 3 months. That's not what it says in the beginning! I called to cancel this right away and they said no one was in the billing department but they would get the message to them. Called back a week later, got the same bs and again a week later. I have not been refunded. This is a terrible company. They are crooks. Do not use these people. I am reporting them as fraud to the BBC and also the police.

I do see that your account is canceled, so there will be no future charges. I have refunded the $39, and you are going to see $39 back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days at most.
