They shorted me medication that I paid for. I keep getting the same generic answer that they are looking into it. Here it is 6 weeks later and still no medication. I will run out before I'm suppose to because they shorted me 20 mg and do not appear to be fixing it.

I prepaid for membership/ services on 4/6- I have not received medication as if current date. Member services (care team) continue to state that the order is processing and it takes time for the compounding pharmacy to process the medication. I was hesitant to order because do many scams- now I feel that $200 may be lost. I will cancel my membership and file a claim with my card company. Very disappointing.

I’m making another review because my last one was replied to promising a message from my provider by end of the day today. Nope. Nada. Anyone considering this company should look elsewhere ASAP. They will take your money and forget about you. Don’t make my mistake.

They didn’t send me all the medication I was supposed to get. And when I reached out to customer service and messaged the provider I haven’t received any response back yet. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a resolution or even a response to my messages. I prepaid $1200 for 3 months of medication. Not sure if this is a scam or what.

This has been a nightmare. I got my first dosage with no issues but placed the order for my second A MONTH AGO and have been calling multiple times a week for an update. They keep saying they have escalated the case with the pharmacy escalation team and I am getting no results. Last week I got a message saying that my order was taken care of and I will be receiving a tracking number “very soon” another week has gone by I haven’t received any sort of update even after calling and speaking with someone twice this week. I’ve sat on hold for countless hours combined and continue to get false promises on the delivery and status of my order. Very disappointing.

This company has a non refundable membership even if you don't use the service. And you HAVE to pay the fee prior to being able to view the medication prices. I decided that the cost of the medication was too high and went with Trim Tribe Rx which has zero hidden fees. Everything is included in one price. I called to get a refund because I hadn't ordered, talked to anyone and was told that because a provider (that I never spoke with) had already viewed my information the membership could not be refunded. Not a good way to do business. STAY AWAY!

They don't answer my messages. They send me medicine without asking me and without the system progressing. I am currently pregnant and I wrote this and sent a message from another email. They didn't answer and didn't pay me. This is a very bad campaign. If I knew this I wouldn't have investigated but I will complain
