This is a trap!!! Zealthy pretends to be providing you medication for $39 at first then out of no where a screen pops up with $219 for one medication and $151 for another. After speaking with someone I was advised that the 39.00 is for a subscription to speak with a doctor....which I NEVER did! I've been waiting on a response or call about being refunded since I haven't even used the service. I've yet to get a response nor my money back. An agent actually called only to tell me that the 39.00 was a promotional rate for the first month but to continue with the subscription that charge would increase to $135. Like really???? So that means you will be left paying over 300.00 a month for medication or giving them 39.00 for absolutely no reason!!!!

Zealthy is actually the worst. I’ve never had an order completed correctly/ timely. Now im being prompted to re-signup while I’ve already paid for 6months, my first 3 month of medication was delivered in the longest provided timeframe and was incomplete- 5 days later no one from Zealthy has responded to any questions and I’ve been on hold for 20min now listening to a message that says the average wait time is 6min. What are you guys doing?!?!

I signed up and wanted to use my insurance to obtain semi glutides . When signing up I was told I needed to pay 39$ to lock in a rate . I paid the 39$ , then without my knowledge or consent Zealthy charged my card 1,000.00 . When I called they said it was for 3 months of medication and that insurance won’t cover the meds. I call back for a refund they said I would receive my refund by the end of the week . When I did not receive my refund by said date , customer service kept putting me on hold checking on my cancellation status . This company is fraudulent and needs to be shut down

Nothing but problems with fulfillment. It’s unfortunate because the product works great and I don’t have side effects but I requested and paid for my refill 6 weeks ago and all they keep telling me is that they sent it to the pharmacy and there is a backlog. I’ve missed 4 doses. Every time I need a refill I miss doses because they cannot fulfill the product. Price point is great but I would rather go somewhere else and pay more to have uninterrupted service that gets me the results I want. I signed up back in October and have only actually gotten 3 months of medication. Paid for a 6 month prescription almost 2 months ago and haven’t received anything.

They sent me half of what I paid for and what was prescribed. I've escalated the issue over and over. Submitted supporting pictures of vial and prescription label. They take two or three days to respond and say everything will be taken care of. Then a few days later I am told that I have to submit something to get what I paid for. Their app sucks. Their website is also terrible

Signed up for Zealthy, paid the $39, which brought me to the next set of questions. When I said I have government insurance they said I did not qualify. I saw that the $39 was charged on my credit card. When I inquired about a refund, I was told it was it could not be refunded. My question is why this was not asked in the beginning. The whole company is a scam! I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Do beware, if you have Tricare, Medicare or Medicaid DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

I texed and called for days asking for help no response from anyone I spent 3 days in the hospital with no help from any of you guys Iam trying to send back everything for a full refund please finally will you help me

I was told I could skip the insurance process and then paid for medication and membership but then got a cancelation notice due to insurance. I'm very upset.
