Maybe the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They advertised a refund if medication wasn’t covered by insurance. After waiting a few months of it not being covered and them sending authorization after authorization, I asked for a refund. I’ve been completely ignored for months. They keep texting me about deals and promotions but won’t reply in regards to upholding their end of the deal. I’m in the process of a chargeback request. Absolutely despicable.

This started out as a good experience until I let those who are responsible for the prescription know that they sent me the wrong amount in my vial. I was supposed to have gotten a 3 mL vial but instead they sent me a 2 mL vial and now they’re refusing to comprehend that they slighted my prescription and keep telling me it’s too early for another prescription to be sent out. I paid for a three month supply starting with 12.5 units for four weeks then increase to 25 units for the next four weeks and then ultimately go up to 37.5 units for the following four weeks. There is no way that this one 2 mL vial can accommodate that prescription.

Zealthy promised per my previous poor review they would stop trying to withdraw the incorrect amount for 3 months of medication I was never prescribed and the subscription I cancelled. They are still calling my phone and emailing me and texting me daily, via robo calls, and I am ready to go to the BBB. I was never able to speak to a doctor and get a prescription, so I should not be charged. I cancelled my entire subscription before any product was discussed, prescribed, or sent. Stop trying to pull this payment from this bank account and cancel the payment entirely or I will continue to leave 1 Star reviews every day you harass me when you confirmed my subscription and the payment were cancelled.

Zealthy is fraudulent. They took my initial fee and refused me service because I am on Medicare. They take your money and don't tell you that you are not eligible until the end of the sign up process. I have called twice and been told I would get my money back. I have not. They prey on the elderly.

$670 was taken out of my account without my consent. When I saw the charge I immediately called to cancel the order and get my money back. No one would help me. This is obviously a scam. I demand the immediate termination of my account and any associated services. Since Thursday they charged $670 even after I cancelled my membership on the very day I signed up. This is an unauthorized and fraudulent practice, and I have documented all instances of these charges. I have already reported this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and notified my card provider of the fraudulent charges. If these unauthorized attempts to charge my card continue, I will be seeking legal action. Cease all further charges and terminate my account immediately.

I have been bait and switched a deal for months. I asked if there was an actual phone number to speak to someone about this issue. I was then never replied to. There is no way you could trust a company like this with your health. Absolutely the worst customer service experience.

I’m sorry I have to even give 1 star! I’ve been waiting since 4/6 for my product to ship. I’ve been charged since that date and no one can give me any shipping g info except “keep checking for tracking number”. Supposedly my order has been sent to “pharmacy escalation “ which must be a bot and the escalation result is no shipping date. I fear my money has been stolen. I’m so disappointed with Zealthy. They started out good and then my refills were about a week late, then 2 weeks and now almost a month. I don’t get how poor the customer service has become. The good reviews must be newer customers because loyal ones get pushed back and ignored except for bot responses. Shame on Zealthy!
