DO NOT USE. All of the good reviews here are bots and are generated responses. I had the same exact experience as all of the 1 star reviewers here. Zealthy/AMRx/Rohealthy - they keep changing the names or umbrella companies but Zealthy is the main one. I have a file pending with the FTC and another one with BBB. There will be more coming and working on getting them banned in my state.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First you can never get anyone in the phone. Then, when I did, THEY HUNG UP ON MY 2X! The website NEVER WORKED! even after I canceled, online, in an email and on the phone they still charged me the next month's membership fee and medication costs. I was finally able to get it refunded (thank goodness I had all the documentation) but STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!

I cancelled on the same day I signed up after hearing about how horrible they are since then I've been charged 39$ and an additional 135$ they absolutely refuse to give my money back after sending screenshots of them taking the money out of my account. I finally had to dispute it with my bank I'm still waiting for my money.....Don't use this company

Everything went to fight my credit card company because the meds came and sat in my mailbox for over four days because they’re tracking service said that it had not been delivered yet they signed me up for three months subscription when I only signed up for the one month that was supposed to be $39 so I didn’t get to use my medication. They charged me for two extra months of a subscription as soon as my credit card went in total rip off everyone you speak to them well you don’t really speak to anyone. They’re just computer generated responses, you can’t speak to anyone in the United States. They’re all in the Philippines and they could care less. All they did was send my credit card company what their rules are, even though none of that was clear when I was signing up for it most unworthy untrustworthy company I’ve ever dealt with in my 66 years of living. I would highly recommend not going anywhere near this company because there is no one you can speak to about anything total rip off and they could care less every letter they send me anytime you try to speak to them, it is all just computer generated. There was no such thing as satisfaction not on any level for any part of the transaction. Do not trust this company.

Absolutely insane experience. Paid $156 for a year's supply of meds. Was shipped 6 months and told that due to shelf life, I would have to reach out 6 months later to request the next shipment. I did so. They then charged my card for a full year as a new subscription, but only shipped 3 months of medication this time. I paid for 24 months of meds – they sent 9 months worth. I contacted support, they refused a refund and ignored the other questions in my request. I had to resort to having an extremely aggressive pre-litigation demand letter drafted. Once action was threatened, suddenly it was absolutely no problem to issue a refund. Insane. They literally steal money from patients and withhold prescribed medication. Unless you have an attorney in the family who will work for free, get your meds somewhere else. This company is one whistle-blower away from bankruptcy.

They are CROOKS and SCAMMERS!!! I paid the membership fee on December 14th, 2025 and on that same day realized that Zealthy had unethically practices and cancelled my membership. I stated several times in my text message with Zealthy that I did not wish to go forward and I was no longer interested, and I do not wish to proceed. Zealthy instead of cancelling my account charged me $135 for January and February. I have never received any product from them and called them over 4 times. Each time I was hung up on and then when they finally did call me back they refused to reverse the fees. I cancelled on the same day I signed up. They are CROOKS and SCAMMERS!!!

The customer service was terrible and so is the website. My prescription was wrong. They said they would send out the correct thing and never did. So I was going to use the prescription that was sent but when I went to pick it up from the pharmacy, it was $1k when I was under the impression that my $150 was paying for the meds not to mention the$135 membership fee. After all that, I ended up with nothing. Also when you go to cancel make sure you go all the way through because they ask about 5-6 times are you sure before they actually cancel your membership. Worst experience ever!!
