Avoid Zealthy at all costs.
I paid for medically guided care and got automated emails, copy-pasted templates, and radio silence. I submitted my refill request (twice!), reached the confirmation page, and still got emails saying my prescription had “expired.” When I begged for clarity, I got a one-liner: “early for refill.” Weeks later, I’m still without medication or help. Worse? They asked if I wanted to increase my dose—without any medical input. I’ve been violently nauseous after every shot and asked for help managing side effects. No reply for a month. No guidance. No coaching. Nothing but Google-level tips and sales tactics. It’s clear now: this company doesn’t track your health—they just track your payments. The care plan doesn’t exist. They don’t know (or care) where you’re at in your treatment. That’s not just negligent—it’s dangerous. I’ve requested a refund and will be filing formal complaints. Patients deserve better.
