I do see you were able to get a hold of your Care Team, and they have made sure the charge was voided out. Typically, after a provider reviews your account, the first month's weight loss membership fee is nonrefundable. However, because of the confusion and trouble you have had, I have refunded the fee. Hey Laura! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion with our weight loss program. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.
