Payment will be entered against your credit card without your being able to cancel through your account. Had to cancel my card to stop charges even after notifying the company that I did not wish to continue.

I tried to sign up and the took my $670 before I knew if I qualified. My credit card lucky flagged and declined this vendor. I emailed them to ask if I qualified first before I call my credit card to approve the transaction. They never responded. This seems like a complete scam. I'm so happy my credit card company flagged this as a scam.

Canceled membership, was still charged nearly $200. I reached out for resolution, as this was my SECOND month being charged with ZERO services provided or usage of the service and was told that all fees are non refundable, even though set up for cancelation and not utilized, ZERO resolution effort made by the company. Very cold and mechanical.

This website is an absolute SCAM!!! I also believe the medication is fake it didn’t work at all!!!! And they tried to scam me without my permission by charging me 766 dollars thank God for my bank. But they did scam me out of $135 2 times. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Got the meds but SWEAR they are water. Gained two lbs. Heard from my "coach" before the meds even arrived but nothing since even though I messaged her with questions. I was able to hear back when I emailed, but the app is useless. Do. Not. Buy.

If I could give a zero star i would. What a scam. Charge a membership fee before you even purchase their product is low and stealing IMO! on the radio they say 80 to 90% cheaper than their competitors but it's a lie. I can get tirzepatide from Amble for $320 a month and these crooks wants twice that. I want my 40 bucks back.

I cannot get a single person from the company to answer the phone or respond to an email. My account inexplicably stopped taking my password and will not let me reset it. Hold times exceed an hour. I did open a dispute with AMEX and did included the 15-20 emails I have already sent seeing support for my access issue and then later a refund and cancelation. It is pretty cut and dry. I have made good attempts to contact you and the only thing I have gotten back from you is when I put something on Trust Pilot. You say it take you 1-2 days to respond, but to be clear. we are going on week. So again refund cancel service. Update May 8th.. I am now 9 days 20 emails 3 phones calls in. I have done everything you suggested below. to the letter, putting my name in the subject line along with trust Pilot. I am pretty certain you guys are a scam. To anyone ready this, beaware that no one from Zealthy has ever emailed me back regarding this issues. I did use AMEX, which affords me some protection. My did put my personal data on their website. and I am worried about that. I will need confirmation from the Zealthy team that my account is canceled and deleted.

Zealthy has bad communication. I signed up and the coach messages me the first day to ask about my experience and get started with coaching. So I messaged her back that day, but that's where the communication ended. She never responded back to me. I sent her 4 messages total. I asked in the other chat how long it typically takes for them to get back to you and they didn't respond back to me there either. Only time they were interested in talking to me was when I had decided to cancel. Then they wanted me to resubscribe as they were all of a sudden ready to move me onto the next phase. No refunds available.
