The customer team has been excellent to work with although my weight loss journey has been a slow one. It has been steady. The care team has been there through all my questions and even reach out even with follow up, which is always nice from a customer service view.

It was very easy to sign up and get medication. Communication needs work on their side but the do eventually get back to you. App needs fixing it glitches.
