Don't go near this company! They took my money, then told me that because I'm on medicare {over 65yrs} that I could not participate in their program. Through Email only they have notified me they would not refund my money even though they previously said they would. Not a reputable company! Since this review and their response below, I have two{2} emails to Lydia to cancel my account and refund my $39.00. still have not heard back 5/12/25.

I was charged $39. And could not get a response from anyone in the company. Six days later they charge me $234 and told me I would get a refund for that because they didn’t even know what they charged me for. And then they came back and said that there were no pending charges. I never received any medication from them. I had scheduled an appointment with a primary care provider, who did not show up for the first meeting, schedule the second meeting did not show up and did not show up for the third meeting. They do not respond to phone calls and voicemail messages. I’ve tried emailing and calling. I’m going to Contact my HSA to be sure that they do not charge me anything more. This company is 100% a fraud.

I signed up and paid the $35.00 fee, but when I saw how much they were charging. I canceled and didn't go through with the purchase. After that Zealthy kept trying to charge my card. I cannot reach anyone, to tell them to stop charging me. I sent several emails and no one is responding, I’ve called several times no answer just keeps you on hold. Please cancel my membership!!!! Stop trying to charge my card. When I spoke with the lady, in April I told her I was not interested and to stop calling and texting me. So why I'm I getting charged for May.

Impossible to get to cancel. Highly do not recommend anything about them.

I didn't even order anything and was charged $866!! I signed up for the site because you had to, was looking at options and what insurance would cover and when saw nothing was covered and the overall cost, left. The next day they had charged me and won't refund, no c/s line and the posted link is an error code.

I had renewed my membership and the communication has been terrible. I can not get anyone from the pharmacy team to respond my medications have been ordered since the 25th and yet still processing, no one can give me any answers and all I want is my medications!!!!!!

Took money from me after I had already cancelled the subscription. Called about it a week ago and still waiting for my refund even though the money shouldn’t have been taken! Worst customer service wait times are a lie and won’t even answer the phone after waiting for over 30m was just sent to voicemail

If I could give 0 stars I would. I e waited 5 days to get met meds and they haven’t even started my order. I received texts that said I had to complete my appointment but when you click on it, it just takes you to the home page instead of guiding you directly. This is a joke. I’m going to be using Hers from now on and new that trying to save a few bucks would cause these kind of issues. I should’ve known better!
