You can bet that the 5-star reviews are employees or people who are affiliated. This is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. The didn’t ship all of my order. It takes them days to answer. Still have not received what I ordered. I had to order from another REPUTABLE source with true customer service. Citizen Meds! Run from Zealthy, run fast. Wish I could give zero stars.

I have used them for over a year now. Initially everything was great, communication was fast and accurate. The past 3-4 months though has been terrible! My last order of Tirzepatide 10mg/week, I ordered 6 months supply for a little over 2500$(probably included membership fees). I only got my first 3 months supply. I am almost out and everytime I message them asking where is my refill, No reply. If I call their number I end up getting disconnected while waiting for an answer to track my order! I also take their Enclomiphene, initially I ordered a 3 months supply. after I noticed some energy emprovement, I tried to order one full year supply, emailed several times with zero reply (other than the usual" we will get back to you in 2-3 days" which never happens. Huge disappointment for a service that was once great!

Just terrible. I wanted to check them out. It charges me $39 when I hadn't completed a health information or anything else. I want my money back right after; like moments later. I call, they say they will see what they can do. they get back to me three weeks later saying no because one of providers already reviewed my prescription request. Which I never made so can't see how they would have reviewed something I never did. I saw the pricing and was on the page where you would do the request. and I never did request it because I called to cancel prior to that.

I paid for a 3 month supply upfront. I’ve already finished the first month and should have started my second month. I have left messages in the Zealthy app, inquiring as to where months 2 and 3 are. I have received no response.

I wish I could have given these people NO stars. They are horrible. Right after I signed up within a few minutes, I tried to cancel. The person I spoke to said no problem and I will see if you will get a refund after explaining due to timing their service was no longer needed. I got approved from my doc without using them. She was extremely nice and said I was approved to get a refund (SMH) and said I should receive it soon. Don't you know this person stopped answering my emails. I called back in and got someone that showed me how to cancel my subscription but didn't get anything back AND they keep trying every couple of days to charge my credit card that I had to cancel my card. I told them just cancel the service and forget the money since I'm obviously not getting my money back. This has been going on for more than a month now.

This company is a fraud and set up to take money….Patient Beware. I tried to cancel the membership by email immediately after signing up. My bad for not checking them out closer before signing up. I finally received a response telling me how cancel after they charged my card 3 more times even when I didn’t complete questionnaire or meet with doctors or have a prescription. When I tried cancelling the website just clicked when I clicked on unsubscribe. I sent several emails with same response to cancel but website does not let you cancel. My bank is now trying to help me and file claim with a few entities.

I would like to check 1/4 of a star but that’s not an option. My medication came two weeks ago and I’ve had a question for my “team” that has not been answered. I have been rescheduled for nine Zoom calls. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service, and I have spent over $600 of my hard earned money. Totally unacceptable.

Zealthy Has charge multiple times and I have received nothing in return. They are crooks. DO not give them your info and stay as far away from Zealthy as possible they will rob you blind! Looks like I will have to get a new card to make this stop unfortunatly.
